Karry Best movie of this year hands down!
Mjeteconer Just perfect...
Stoutor It's not great by any means, but it's a pretty good movie that didn't leave me filled with regret for investing time in it.
Jonah Abbott There's no way I can possibly love it entirely but I just think its ridiculously bad, but enjoyable at the same time.
orbcardinal For someone who really does not enjoy any sort of comedic movies at their best, I genuinely enjoyed this movie. I was laughing all throughout the movie, a lot of the humour was just too stupid not to laugh. This definitely isn't one of those solid comedic movies, however some of the jokes were pretty clever and well thought out. And coming from someone who loves horror movies with a passion and has seen the best and the worst of them, this movie did a good job of incorporating a lot of the big names into this movie and making fun of them with some playful humour. All in all, I would recommend this to anyone who is just looking for a dumb, funny movie to watch when you're bored scouring Netflix, especially if you are a horror movie fan like myself.
Steven Kind I just saw this movie on Netflix. What a waste of time I did not enjoy this movie at all. This movie was a sequel to the first Haunted House movie that I actually enjoyed. This movie was not even funny I had to even pretend to laugh at certain moments of this film. Because I have heard these jokes so many times most of the jokes in this film were very cliché. I heard these types of jokes countless amounts of times. I found it very hard to laugh throughout this movie. This movie made jokes about many different groups of people like African Americans, Hispanics, Catholics and more. Jokes that I have heard a multiple amount of times. This movie was supposed to be a spoof to the paranormal activity films just like the first haunted house but this is the first sequel I here they could possibly be making another sequel. Hopefully it will be better than A Haunted House 2.
Paul Wycherley The first haunted house was enjoyable and something different from the scary movie franchise, this second outing I found funnier than the first film and the spoof of a handful of latest horror films was well done and filmed in the correct way a spoof should be shot. With a cast including jamie pressly (trailor trash joy from my name is earl) and the great cedric the entertainer it works perfectly. There are great comedy scenes some of them are quite sick in the way you go aaawww noooo but still end up laughing its sure to make you remember and enjoy this sequel. Best bet they could do a third outing but thats where it would have to end so they don't make the same mistake the scary movie franchise done and thats make far too many. Haunted house 2 is not a must see but I would still say its worth a watch
FlashCallahan After losing his beloved Kisha in a car accident, Malcolm starts anew, by remarrying Megan, a mother of two. When things begin to get back into their paranormal ways, targeting both the children and the property, things become even more complicated when Kisha moves into the neighbourhood.......The first one wasn't the best thing in the world, but after so many of those awful spoofs ending with the word 'Movie', (like Epic, Disaster, Date), this was something that was at least a bit topical, as at the time, found footage horror was everywhere. This still has the Paranormal Activity aroma surrounding it, but this time Wayan's has also decided to target those horrors that go quiet.....quiet......quiet......Bang!!! Like insidious, Sinister, The Conjuring et al.Sinister is the biggest victim, and although the gags are the predictable gross out and sexist ones you would expect, they do respect the original sources more than they should. But its nothing we haven't seen before, and all the smut gets a little too much after a while, but kudos to Wayans for mocking the movies that have ethnically incorrect jokes scattered across their films just for a cheap laugh. Here it appears to do that, but it's just that absurdly over the top, it has to be mocking others. But the majority of the jokes fall flat, and you'll be cringing more than smiling. That's right, smiling. I never laughed once, but I smiled a few times.Everyone smiles when someone pumps up a dog......
