Robot Chicken DC Comics Special III: Magical Friendship Audience Reviews

Jeanskynebu the audience applauded
Matrixiole Simple and well acted, it has tension enough to knot the stomach.
CrawlerChunky In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.
Usamah Harvey The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
Horst in Translation (filmreviews@web.de) "Robot Chicken DC Comics Special 3: Magical Friendship" is the 3rd and most recent entry to the series of "Robot Chicken" meets superheroes and it lets the first one look Oscar-worthy. the second was already pretty forgettable and so is this one here. The stories on the superheroes have gotten completely absurd by now, but not in a funny way, just a super-embarrassing way. If I was the copyright owner of these superhero characters, I'd certainly not give Seth Green permission anymore to use them. We will see if the Emmys are going to nominate or even awards this little 23-minute movie again like they did with the first two, but i hope not. They should not encourage Green to make further installments of this crappy series. Adam West, Weird Al, Alfred Molina and Jonathan Banks aren't cutting the cake either, sadly. Not recommended.
