90210 Audience Reviews

Diagonaldi Very well executed
Executscan Expected more
Onlinewsma Absolutely Brilliant!
InformationRap This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.
svuknow2 This is the best show I have ever watched. I am a teenager and I definitely agree this is a teenage show. When I started to watch this I didn't really like it at first, but as soon as I kept watching I got addicted and ended up going through the whole 5 seasons in 2 months watching on Netflix. The characters all had something interesting about them and at the end of every episode there was a reason to want to keep watching.I would highly recommend this show to teens. If you have watched the previous 90210 you would compare, but since I have not I had no reason to compare. It is simply a different show so there's no need to compare.Anyways, this is one of the best shows I have ever seen, so do not listen to all the negative reviews.
Rory Isak In my day I have seen, many movies and many different TV shows. Of the teen drama's I have watched, this one takes the cake. Most teen drama's on these networks, (i.e. CW, MUCH, etc.) are just all lovey dovey. This one, it's got a little of everything, love, drugs, sex, crime, drama!, not your typical run of the mill boring teen drama. It's a pretty intense show at times, maybe I think this because I'm thirteen, but, like I said, I've seen many movies. My list of movies I've watched on my account ain't even half of what I've seen. Anyway!, It's a pretty good show I must say, and I can't wait until the premiere of Season 5 this fall!
personalitybabe I watched for a few seasons and somewhat got sucked in with the mediocre at best storyline, but stopped watching because I realized how terrible this was. I don't understand how it's still on the air---I guess because the demographic is watching this, and I really hope they would stop, since there are much better shows on. Here are some of the problems:1. TERRIBLE acting. You will laugh and cringe (for the majority of the actors-- the guy who plays Navid may be an exception). 2. There are no likable characters. 3. Everyone keeps dating everyone. If they spent less money on clothing and hair and makeup for the actors, they wouldn't have this problem. There are shows for this demographic that have better story lines, better acting, and less bull. (Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill). This is the worst one of them all, and that's saying something.
trims I'd second another review that notes the "new" 90210 pretty much lacks any semblance of the original 90210. The story lines don't match up well, we don't really identify with the characters, the backstories are trite to thin, and, the dialog is terrible.I honestly don't know why it is labeled 90210. It far more resembles another 90s' Aaron Spelling vehicle: Melrose Place. If you happen to remember that old series and liked it, well, the new 90210 is eerily similar, with about 5 year younger actors, and right up your alley. If you're too young to remember M.P., I'd suggest you go watch reruns of the original 90210 to see what you're missing. The original wasn't great TV, but it certainly was good TV. On the best day, this new remake stretches to be mediocre. Skip it.
