Army Wives Audience Reviews

Tayloriona Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.
Ava-Grace Willis Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.
Roman Sampson One of the most extraordinary films you will see this year. Take that as you want.
Quiet Muffin This movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.
billyprince11 My son and I are writing this because of the show, Claudia Joy.my daughter name was Claudia, she. Was born Feb.12. She just died on my birthday Feb.20.we just buried her Feb.27,2013.Her husband name is Michael she has one living child. Only a son instead of a daughter. She also had a bad heart and she was a diabetic.when he husband and son came home, they found her laying across the bed with a towel wrap around her dead.everything people were saying about her in the show.they said at my daughter funeral,it was so amazing it was like watching our life and what had just happen to us on TV. So very unbelievable....I saw she had three or four best friends,so did my daughter, she had many friends, these four friends were so awesome in helping me with so many things, each.and every day.just like they did....wow
PartialMovieViewer Army Wives is one of the funniest comedies on TV. How do I start? The cast is an excellent concoction of whimsical female comedians and veteran laugh-generating-writing machines (the authors). I honestly do not see how these guys can get anything done. Preparing for a show has to be a laugh a second. I know, if I was part of this superb team I would be chuckling so bad my fingers would never be able to hold onto a pencil long enough to finish a line. Let's face it these people are true comedic pros. Whenever these women are on, I curl up with a cup of 'funny coffee', (my special name for the coffee I drink during this show – ONLY), and from the beginning to the ending of each episode I laugh so hard, I can't even stand up straight. You know…giggles always affect me that way. Oh no – wait - oops!!! I was just told this show was not a comedy…well golly…talk about yanking the rails right out from under my caboose. In that case, I better pay closer attention to this show from here on out.
Leonardo Liao So okay, the show is actually fine for people who does not know any details about the military. The military fanatics should have a field day with the mistakes made on the screen...but not gonna go there and will talk about the stories themselves. One word...unbelievable, and while it is pleasant to see all the beautiful women in the show, the stories are kinda too nice?First of all, most the military wives i know were army brats themselves, and i have never seen them (even those i know very well) act the way these women do. They're as proud as their husbands, and would never show their vulnerable sides the way these women do. Sure, sometimes the pressure takes its toll and they lose the fight, but not like these.Serving your country is hard, both on the servicemen and women and on their spouses...but they're being portrayed as normal people in this show. Normal people whose never been touched by the pride and honor of the military way of life. And that's the part i find sad about this show.
cmtaylor531 I recently discovered this show and watched the entire first season and the first three of the second all in three days! The characters are so dynamic and interesting and I fall more in love with them every episode. I love the wide span of characteristics each person develops. I love how even though most of the wives are from different backgrounds they came together and bonded and seem to be the best of friends. They are all so different but yet share a common in fear in losing their husbands! This show isn't something seen on TV much anymore. Its hard to find a good show that is truly about its characters and how they touch each other heart. I don't know when the last time i watched a show that truly got to me and made me wonder if my friends husbands in the army and air force feel this same thing every time there husbands aren't with them!
