Ash vs Evil Dead Audience Reviews

Taraparain Tells a fascinating and unsettling true story, and does so well, without pretending to have all the answers.
PiraBit if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.
Loui Blair It's a feast for the eyes. But what really makes this dramedy work is the acting.
Kinley This movie feels like it was made purely to piss off people who want good shows
jtungsten16 Ash Vs Evil Dead is definitely going down as one of my favorite series of all time, this is a classic people, the acting, writing, cinematography and special FX are all top notch on this series, it just looks good and the location of New Zealand was the perfect Back drop. Season 3 happens to be my favorite with the addition of Lindsay Farris and the actress that plays Ash's daughter. I really think Starz made a mistake canceling this show, but I understand the whole pirating situation, everyone wanted the show, but didn't want to pay, which I understand too, but it needed to go on a paid network because of the content, if Ash Vs Evil Dead was on Fox they couldn't of done half the amazing stuff they did. I'm just glad we got our 15 hour movie and it needs to remain alive as a classic!
J. (CountJonnie) Some people grew up with Transformers, others with Indiana Jones, and there is a huge group that grew up with the legendary Evil Dead and the hilarious Army of Darkness, created by the brilliant Raimi, floating on the charisma and screen presence of Bruce Campbell. After AoD with its open ending, for years most uf us were craving for a new sequel. And out of the blue suddenly we got one in the shape of a series with the same but older Ash, and new likable characters, including family, which made this feel like a continuity, instead of a random new show. And a new villain in addition to Deadites, to keep this show pretty interesting. The 1st season was brilliant, with many nods to the classic horror, new threats and well timed humour and self mockery. The show provided more laughs than scares, and over the top gore and action. The short and fast episodes make it all pretty watchable. Unfortunately, during season 2, the series drags itself down. Ash stays fun, but it's the new characters that make the show interesting and provide development. But the show fails because it becomes repetitive, not just various moments during a season, but various moments during each episode. The repetitive part is the same excuse to get action over and over again. A demon appears, Ash and his team will try to shoot brains out, but fail because they (a) drop the gun, (b) turn their back too long, (c) get too close so the demon can take the gun or (d) weapons jam. Most of the time it's pure stupidity, whi may or may not annoy you, but we couldn't stand the same joke anymore. The show is worth your time. As well as pure entertainment, but also as a reminder of the classic original movies. Just realize that it has become more comedy than horror, and maybe it's a good thing it's over after 3 seasons. love you Ash, goodbye.
throbert Let's see. What was the problem? 8.5 on IMDB? Lot of episodes above 9? Solid fanbase? Millions of viewers around the globe? This show was getting better and better... And Grey's Anatomy is continued for the 15th season. What is wrong with the world? How many demons GA has? Exactly zero? How many ripped off heads? Also zero? And how many chainsaws? Yep, 0. Ok, it has fake blood, but still Ash wins by miles there, too. This show is great, it is a solid 9 and that is rare. Let's hope that a network, with white collars' IQ above 60, will buy the franchise and continue till the cows come home.
Movie-Inspector A hell of a joyride - best show around for the real gorehound and lover of bad humor. Three seasons of finest entertainment. Hope, the show will get more seasons, maybe on another channel, as the last episode of season 3 got a nice cliffhanger.Anyway, this show is proof - the most inventive and strongest shows are many times just not made for the masses. Bruce Campbell and his fine crew beat easy everything that is contemporary aired under the label of horror and/or comedy.Of course, it is very sad to see what kind of mediocre and boring shows are renewed, and this excellent show gets cancelled. But anyway, thanks for the hellride - and hopefully the adventures of Ashy-Slashy will be someday continued. Bruce Campbell - easy one of the finest comedy actors around. Bravo!
