Charmed Audience Reviews

Karry Best movie of this year hands down!
Unlimitedia Sick Product of a Sick System
Neive Bellamy Excellent and certainly provocative... If nothing else, the film is a real conversation starter.
Caryl It is a whirlwind of delight --- attractive actors, stunning couture, spectacular sets and outrageous parties. It's a feast for the eyes. But what really makes this dramedy work is the acting.
meganlellman Before reviewing the show, one has to understand that seasons 1-5 and 6-8 are very different. Both are great in their own rights, but completely different. 1-5 is more of a drama and focused on sisterhood. 6-8 is more of a lighthearted comedy that is aware of how campy it is. Growing up I definitely preferred the later seasons because they are so fun and comedic. Rose McGowan is a great actress and her facial expressions are amazing. She's so funny! Rewatching the show as an adult, however, I prefer the earlier seasons. I love watching their powers grow and how their magic is linked to their sisterhood. And I can't write a review of Charmed without mentioning Phoebe and Cole's relationship. Although I did not like the way it ended, their relationship was so captivating and romantic. An absolutely amazing show, if you give it a chance!
charitymama This is one of the greatest shows ever. Great cast and great stories. I watch these episodes over and over again all the time.
Alphareign I used to love this show, but unfortunately, the character Piper ruined it for me. She is a bitch. Also, the magic school nonsense made it even worse. To add insult to injury was the character Billie. Piper should have died and left Prue, Phoebe, and eventually Paige.Charmeds storyline was good and relatively unique. The shows dramatic and comedic elements were both well developed and they balanced each other nicely.Set design was lovely; especially for the inside of the "Halliwell Manor". As a fan of Victorian architecture, I have to say that it was quite lovely. "P3" also had a nice set design and looked as I imagine a decent modern night-club would. Other sets did not play a big enough role to comment on.The acting was amazing. Even though I do not like her character, Holly Marie Combs did a fantastic job portraying Piper Halliwell. Of course, all of the actors did a fantastic job. The choice of guest actors was delightfully surprising especially since Charmed had Victor Webster.
jrobkal So all in all this was a big episode, because in this Andy finally ( although he practically already knew ) saw for himself Prue's ability. Going forward this will and did impact the rest of the season, and maybe detective Trudeau will assist the sisters in their future endeavors. Now I know, though I have not seen yet, that Andy does not quite make it to season 2. Yet maybe he and Prue will still mend some trace of their past and come to term with something. Aside from that it was a great premise for an episode, and wow I forgot about the reporter who witnessed prue's actions and threatened to expose them to the world. That was also a fantastic addition to the episode. 10 out of 10 for me.
