The Last Ship Audience Reviews

Smartorhypo Highly Overrated But Still Good
Odelecol Pretty good movie overall. First half was nothing special but it got better as it went along.
Invaderbank The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.
Nayan Gough A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.
john-marchant-769-374721 One or at a stretch 2 seasons. Now its just limping alone for the sake of it.Enough Please.
paiget-50249 I love the last ship this is based on some of the life challenges that navy, army and Air Force have to go through. I also love the couple Kara and Danny played as marissa neitling and Travis van winkle I think they would make a great couple in real life. There is realistic dead bodies shown so not for young ones. I love season one and two and waiting for season five now exited for that to come out
tinaytc The beginning was really amazing, new ideas and exciting adventures, and then went boring like every other starting-popular TV shows--The greed for extending the show ends in cliche and predictable format. Pity
krowland-06263 I starting watching this in the last couple of weeks. Never saw any of the earlier seasons, and in fact, never heard of the series until I saw a promo during the summer. It is a decent escape, and is well enough done that I will keep on watching it, and may go back and watch the earlier seasons. My big complaint is that it really isn't that good, and is kind of a rip off of some earlier cable shows (Strike Back comes to mind). It seems to be the best available programming, which is more a state of television production these days than an endorsement of this particular show. It isn't a ten star show. The plot is predictable, the acting sketchy, and some of the action sequences poorly done. That said, it's all we have in this dismal summer for television.UPDATE: I think I've pinned down my issues with this and similar series. This is a great story that can be told in 2 1/2 or 3 hours. Like most. But to cover 8 or 10 weeks, the directors have to add so much content that does nothing but slow the story down. It makes the entire production tedious. That's why I've given p on many of these series, like Stranger Things. Sorry, Iv'e got more to do with my time than watch a short story stretched out over 10 episodes.
