Wetten, dass..? Audience Reviews

Bereamic Awesome Movie
Rosie Searle It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.
Ella-May O'Brien Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.
Zandra The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.
hulleyraymund Thomas Gottschalk is overrated as a host. The show drags on and on with almost continuous closeups of the blond angelic presenter. In the 70s there was a show called Dali Dali that lasted two hours. I think that the Germans have a predication for these awful 'Generation Game' type shows with participation, guest stars and of course intermissions with Europop music. There is a great deal of self advertisement by the 'stars' that come on board. After all this is the reason for their fame and how they find a public. If you wish to vegetate slowly on a Friday night this is the way to go. Sad, boring and cheap.
David-Trippler This is the biggest european TV show and that´s right because Thomas Gottschalk is a great showmaster and in every show there are funny stunts. But the best thing surely are the guests, international top stars like Elijah Wood or all types of musicians are in the show but also famous german people so everyone has got someone to see.I´m a little bit sad that the show doesn´t come so often but thats no problem because if "Wetten dass...?" is coming, it takes at least half an hour more than planned! All in all, it is a great an interesting show (i gave 9 stars) you should have seen at least once if you can speak german!
