American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile Audience Reviews

Cubussoli Very very predictable, including the post credit scene !!!
Glimmerubro It is not deep, but it is fun to watch. It does have a bit more of an edge to it than other similar films.
Chirphymium It's entirely possible that sending the audience out feeling lousy was intentional
Hayden Kane There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes
SnoopyStyle Erik Stifler (John White) is still a virgin since his girlfriend Tracy (Jessy Schram) wants to wait. He can't live up to the legacy of cousins. After a night of misadventure, Tracy gives him a guilt-free pass for the weekend. He and his friends go to party with cousin Dwight Stifler (Steve Talley) at college where he tries the local tradition of the Naked Mile, a naked run across the campus. Tracy gets scared and has second thoughts. And there's the sexy college girl Brandy (Candace Kroslak). This is an even more raunchy movie than the main franchise. The guys are a bunch of boring actors with no particular charisma. Their biggest sin is their lack of comedic skills. There is a general lack of funny jokes. They try a lot of gross out jokes and naked comedy but the guys can't pull any of it off. I do love the angry midget frat. At least that's a little different and actually funny.
insomniac_rod I mean, after "American Wedding" the series took a more naive and PG-13 oriented thematic with "Band Camp", so it was a smart move to return to basics: sex, booze, sexual humor, sexual jokes, irreverent situations and characters, WTF? moments, and a more likable supporting cast. The plot is pretty simple and silly but fits perfect with the movie's tone. It deals with a very cute, beautiful but naive and tender girlfriend who gives an all access pass with no guilt (or something like that) to her boyfriend in order for him to lose his virginity and do whatever he wants, with no reprises. She later regrets because she wants to lose her virginity to him but things get out of control and both now have the chance to have sex for the first time...but with other people. Oh, and the lead male character and his friends run the naked mile. That's all you need to know.It was a smart move to bring back Eugene Levy because he portrays the raunchy humor needed in the film. Also, the Stiffler connections were needed if things were intended to return to it's roots. The movie has funny situations like dealing with a band of midgets, running the naked mile, a wild underwear party, riding a horse in the middle of the highway in order to say to your girlfriend "I love you", steamy soft core sex sequences that deal with powerful dildos, midgets, a pool table; but my favorite was "taking a crap inside a laundry machine". Oh, you have to watch it to understand. But this movie also delivers the moral message that deals with making love when it's necessary and when the couple is ready. Sometimes, feelings are more important. Keep that in mind kids! Overall, this is a nice attempt to bring back the "American Pie" series to success and gain more irreverent fans.Special mention for Jessy Schram as the super pretty, cute and sexy girlfriend. "Cooze" was by far the funniest of the guys.
tedg Gosh, I was surprised at finding something clever. Yes, most of this is a stroll through a museum of obsolete 7th grade humor. This is so tame and lame that it blends into the background like so much graffiti. The "nudity" is goofy. But there is a secondary spine in this that is really quite clever. You will surmise that the fiction here is that there is a world where sex is easy and gangs form based on vaginal territory. That notion, normally based on jocks versus nerds, is here contrasting imaginary sex and drinking boys with -- get this -- "little people." Its done as seriously as usual in these sorts of things: a sort of testosterone sibling rivalry. Its darn effective. There is a whole fraternity, a gang, of little men, complete with little women. They strut and pose just like the "regular" people. The effect is staggeringly funny, centering on a football game.I am not sure whether the other I saw was the first or second. This is superior in having something with soul in addition to the formulaic love story.Ted's Evaluation -- 2 of 3: Has some interesting elements.
Daniel Johnsson I must admit that i not at all was waiting for this film, i didn't even know that it was in production until it was there available to buy, the same as with "Band Camp" and the sequel "Beta House" with other words..Anyway, The Naked Mile is not as bad as it could have been, and it actually succeeds in giving us, the viewers, a new hilarious gang of "teens" to follow. No "Band Camp" here with the worst acting i have ever seen, this actually gives a few laughs here and there.Although it never is as good as any of the movies in the original trilogy, it is a movie worth seeing if you like the genre. If not, why would you even read this in the first place? Heh
