Anatomy of a Love Seen Audience Reviews

More Review
Karry Best movie of this year hands down!
TrueHello Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.
Philippa All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
Logan By the time the dramatic fireworks start popping off, each one feels earned.
peterson-courtneyj I had seen this movie advertised on Netflix many times but always gave it a pass due to the low IMDb rating (we all know how terrible movies with lesbians as the main characters can be). However, I was in a weird mood tonight and thought I'd take a chance. IT WAS GREAT. I didn't find it slow-paced, though I see others did. Also, I have worked on movie sets multiple times in the past. The tone they set was spot on, tongue-in-cheek. The actors were well cast and they played their parts beautifully. I have no idea why it is receiving bad reviews and low ratings. Like no idea. If you are wavering on seeing this movie, please do yourself a favor and watch it. I know I'll be watching it many times in the future.
philipmottershead Anatomy of a love seen is beautiful film. It's a slow, deep and filled with enigma it draws you in from the go. The film is based around the love of two actresses who fell in love in a love scene. The film is based around the fallout of their relationship. The whole film shows them based re-filming that love scene and around the drama it creates. The main actors created a real sense of chemistry and it makes the film into this enthralling story. Sexuality is used to create a compelling and unique story but so familiar, the story of love. The anatomy of love seen is a amazing step back from reality and make you emotional. It might not be for everyone it not fast, there no action but what there is one of simplistic and compelling stories that is coupled with amazing acting a beautiful cinematography.
jason_manshad most lesbian romance movies tend to focus on just the sexual aspect of the story and disregard the real emotional and human aspect.Anatomy is able to avoid that predictability by instead pitting two women with negativity with regards to each other and shows how despite their indifference and anger at each other, the feelings are still real and still there. despite taking place in less than a day, its portrays the angry, resentment, and passion between the two characters surprisingly well. and after showing all the anger and hate, it also gives the audiences a glimpse into the love that exists underneath it all in the ending sex scene.it also devotes the movie to the post-breakup phase, a time that is generally not given this much emphasis in romance movies and thereby allows the movie to have a sense of originality to it.
Sy Balboa This is the kind of 'rare' storyline you see at midnight, you know? If you don't pay attention then you will get lost very easily thinking something huge happened in the meantime. I wonder why there always has to be a redhead girl in this kind of movies. So dramatic and full of emotions. The movie never starts nor ends and that's the catchy part of it... If you like drama and those little heartaches a movie can give you and want to open up some feelings then this is the movie for you. I am personally adding this film to my top 10. I didn't even wanted to see the last minutes because I was wishing it would have never ended. I understand how beautiful it is letting something just for your imagination but I still want to see more and every little detail from the events shown in this film. Not for everyone Denfinitely, but a master piece to others Just as Lost and Delirous from Léa Pool
