Cadet Kelly Audience Reviews

Console best movie i've ever seen.
Intcatinfo A Masterpiece!
Cooktopi The acting in this movie is really good.
Juana what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.
gabrielat I love this movie. The scenes, actors, actresses, the plot- Everything! What I really like in the movie is: When her father falls and she finds out and then she rescue's him. And I like when she goes under the wire and the girl says "I pretend-". I also like when you see them do the you could say "Gun/Weapon Dancing". Plus when you see her packing at the end and when you see her room at Military School. I just love the plot as I said, the story and how good they act especially "Hilary Duff" staring Cadet Kelly. I love it! The BEST BEST BEST movie!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! Even the small things are great!!! I also like when she got stuck on the roof. It was a LITTLE funny. I also love the costumes. The costumes were great!!! It shows a lot. The short way of telling the story is: Her mother gets a boy friend and they/her father send her to Military school. She has to leave her best friend. She hates it at first. And there is this Mean girl. Then she makes a friend. Fashion Style is not there. Finally she gets the picture of no fashion. The mean girl turn out to be a friend in a special friend. Her father comes and she rescue's him. That's it. But it would be hard to tell the whole story. That movie is great!!!
Georg Litty Might be this movie is funny in a way, to someone ... but in me it causes lots of hate. How can anyone, let alone children, be forced to be in a school like that?! I mean, if anyone joins a military school from free will that's one thing - I'll never understand why anyone would - but no kid may be allowed to be put in an institution like that without his or her consent! The extreme disrespect for people's Human Rights or personal possessions as it seems to be usual in U.S. army's instruction is wrong (and useless) for adults, but it's even worse for children. So ... if you like militarism, watch this movie and like it. If you don't like military don't watch it, you'll hate it every second between the few good jokes that are in.
sweetkitty3094 I thought this movie was great. I loved it! I could watch it over and over. I thought Hilary Duff had a great role in the movie. She was great. In the movie was well thought out and very clever, I know that everyone tried very hard to make this movie and I would try hard too if I had to make this movie. I saw it on TV and I got interested in it and I decided to stick around and watch it. I love all the shows and movies that Hilary Duff is in. She is a talented actress and a talented singer. If I could walk in anyone's shoes, I would definitely go in Hilary Duff's shoes. It would be wonderful. I wouldn't do it for the money or the fame or glam, I would do it just to see what her real life was like. I would do it to get to know her for real and to get to see the true side of her and not the famous side. Even though this has nothing to do with the movie, It does have something to do with someone in the movie. I just watched 'The Perfect Man' earlier and Hilary, Who played 'Holly Hamilton' in the movie, did a GREAT job! I would love to be in a movie and I think Hilary is lucky to be where she is in life. Well I think I have said enough.Sincerely to all. Nicole A.
Kat Monty As a former member of a drill team in a JROTC program, this movie was disgraceful. My drill team would never have pulled some of the moves they did in the movie. Unarmed fancy teams are not step teams!!! They do not preform routines like that and win where I come from. Military bearing is the most important thing when it comes to drill. Also, the weapons they use on the movie sound like colorguard weapons for a marching band. Those weapons sound like they weight about 1 - 2 pounds. The weapons a real drill team uses should be at least 8 - 12 pounds. Award winning drill teams that I have seen preform harder routines than that.Disney needs to research military schools and JROTC programs before they make a movie involving them. Overall this movie made me want to throw something at the TV.
