Deadly Impact Audience Reviews

Chirphymium It's entirely possible that sending the audience out feeling lousy was intentional
Livestonth I am only giving this movie a 1 for the great cast, though I can't imagine what any of them were thinking. This movie was horrible
Aiden Melton The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.
Logan By the time the dramatic fireworks start popping off, each one feels earned.
roblawca Worst movie I have ever seen. No exaggeration. Acting terrible, plot line worse. The idea that someone invested in this bomb is, simply, stunning. I barely managed to watch the whole movie only because I prayed that the lead female would die.She didn't.Bad guy did. Even that small joy was denied the audience.Reminiscent of the worst cops and robbers movies of the 70's.. The depths of the stupidity of the law enforcement in this movie spoke volumes of the ignorance of the writer (their couldn't be more than one). Every time you think "they can't be this stupid", they prove you wrong. Inconceivable that someone watched this and said, "Lets release this and put our names to this."I've seen porn with a more believable plot line.Didn't care for this much.
duenuard This move was absolutely HORRID. I actually didn't even make it half way through before turning the TV off. One thing that bugged me more than ANYTHING was the fact that the movie supposedly traveled 8 years in time... and... everyone... looked... exactly... the... same... Maybe they attempted to make the actors look older, but I'm pretty sure if 8 years went by, there would be at least a LITTLE grey going on. But nope, Greg Serano looked exactly the same with his dark black hair. No grey, no wrinkles, no nothing. Sean Patrick Flanery looked like he had the same scruffy beard going on, with the same exact hair style through out the 8 years, too. Like, come on. Really? It just seemed like the directors didn't care about little things and basically only cared about rushing through scenes to hurry up and make the viewers happy when the good guy won. Typical.Another thing that bugged me was the fact that it looked and felt like such a low-budget type of movie. They must have just found some random people on the street and said "HEY! WANNA BE IN A MOVIE? FREE MONEYZ!" The acting was atrocious. I like Sean Patrick Flanery because the Boondock Saints was basically amazing from start to end. His acting wasn't as good as I've seen... but still, it was better than everyone else. And, ummm... Carmen Serano? Who? Never heard of her. Never want to see her in anything again. Please. WORST acting I have seen in a "big" movie. I felt like she was reading the script while she was on camera.I could go on, but it's not even worth it. I would NOT recommend this to ANYONE. Don't waste your time.
kentaur69 First of all, I love a decent action flick as much as the other guy, given it has a good story, good acting, some nice twists, good action sequences, (keep in mind, I said GOOD and NICE, not PHENOMENAL or BRILLIANT)and let's not forget about the mandatory blond/brunette/redhead bombshell. Deadly Impact has none of the above. Apart from it's cheesy title, the only two good things in this movie are Sean Patrick Flanery and Joe Pantoliano - that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 0 - , and even they are far from their usual acting. It took me half the movie to realize that Carmen Serano really IS the female lead in this movie, and I can't understand why on earth would the producers/casting/director/studio choose an ugly-tranny-lookalike when there are so much more rising - and HOT - female stars out there. And some who CAN act, too. Not even Sean Patrick Flanery's shaggy, beat-up-look - which is always welcome - can't save this one from sinking. Final report: don't bother, unless you have absolutely nothing to do for about one and a half hours. Watch The Boondock Saints instead! (both)
jkinton Find a spot at the edge of your seat and get comfortable. "Deadly Impact" will have your stomach in knots within the first 10 minutes. After mastermind assassin David Kaplow (Joe Pantoliano) proves the strength of his capabilities early on, there's little time to ask why, but rather when. This highly suspenseful film is so captivating, the smallest disturbance will have you jumping.Realistic but horrifying scenarios are so mind-boggling, audience members are left wondering how anyone could make the decisions police officer Tom Armstrong (Sean Patrick Flanery) faces, and survive.Intense, non-stop action, a splash of romance and equipped with a satisfying ending, "Deadly Impact" is a flick for thrill seekers.Written by Columbus native Alexander Vesha and directed by Robert Kurtzman of Precinct 13 Entertainment in Crestline, "Deadly Impact" makes the perfect flick for thrill seekers.
