2hotFeature one of my absolute favorites!

Lollivan It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.

Melanie Bouvet The movie's not perfect, but it sticks the landing of its message. It was engaging - thrilling at times - and I personally thought it was a great time.

Hattie I didn’t really have many expectations going into the movie (good or bad), but I actually really enjoyed it. I really liked the characters and the banter between them.

kevinjennings74 I liked this movie a lot, it caught my attention on Flix because of Catherine Tate from Doctor Who but didn't know anything else about it. It had a lot of production value for a lower budget film of this scope and so some of the lesser quality effects work at times is forgivable. The movie had a lot of heart and I really liked that it took the superhero story in a different direction than normal. I think we've all felt stuck in a job or duty and this movie handled that emotion well. The lead actor was really great in the role and there's a lot of funny writing and touching moments that keep you drawn in. A-.

rich-stryker This is such a funny movie. This is the British take on Hancock. I will definitely recommend this movie to others.The idea of a mild-manner postman becoming a superhero and taking all of his personality flaws with him makes for a great story. Normally we think that with the extra powers confidence will come along with it but that is not the case for Bob. Bob can't even get a date and he is the personal jar opener for a unionized security guard charged to protect Bob's life.The "girl-friend" is stereotypical "Colombian" but she balances the "loser" persona of Bob.Cute and funny a must see movie for the flip side of Marvel and DC characters.

mikes4222 Watching this movie, which made me sore from laughing, I was struck by a few things Monty Python. First, the "Bicycle Repairman" skit, where the hero in a world of Supermen is a meek bicycle repairman, who is always ready with his trusty tool kit to help stranded bicyclist's everywhere, within walking distance, of course. Bob's character never wavers from the always helpful, humble, and nervously bumbling super goof that makes his character more likable, and like the bicycle repairman of Monty Python lore, he does his best to fit in and lend a hand. Second, I drew a big similarity between the "Mr Neutron" sketch and a scene near the end, when every agency on the planet over-reacted to a very average guy(or a bit less than average) wanting to be left alone to pursue his vision of happiness, and not wanting to fill out any more "effing" forms. That aside, this was quite the refreshing sleeper hit that proves that humor doesn't have to be over the top to be funny. It is a bit slow in parts, but then again, so is Bob.

steve-2156 Hanging Out With a Superhero...Yesterday I attended the World Premiere of SuperBob at the BFI.Wow!Mark Kermode, the film critic, has a '5 laugh rule' for a 90 minute movie. SuperBob smashed this within the first 10 minutes. It was very, very funny. SuperBob won the 'Discovery Award' at the LOCO Film Festival - watch it and you'll understand why.This is a real 'feel good' movie, a warm romantic comedy with SuperBob's romantic interests beautifully played by Natalia Tena and Laura Haddock.So, congratulations to the director, Jon Drever, and the lead and co-writer, Brett Goldstein, on an amazing achievement and I urge everyone to see this movie at the earliest opportunity.Hilarious! Go and see it!
