Taxi Audience Reviews

Alicia I love this movie so much
SoTrumpBelieve Must See Movie...
Claysaba Excellent, Without a doubt!!
Limerculer A waste of 90 minutes of my life
ianwarie I loved the film from the beginning to the end. The plot was well done and the elements connect very well in the movie. The actors play very well. But the most was Jimmy Fallon, this guy is unique. He has unique character and he is funny. His act was good regarding his acting entourage. Especially when he meets the first time Queen's boyfriend.I liked the way Jimmy turned around the bad situations he was getting into. His plan at the end saved the whole chase situation. And yes,at the end he drives like a professional. But not without his crappy singing ... which for him makes the things going. Very funny singing and very funny song ..The end was good and again, Jimmy rocks.
halcyonyears This movie is the poop standard for bad movies. In fact I've frequently referred to it as one of the worst movies of all time. Bad acting from bad actors telling bad jokes with an even worse plot and then some. Now if I were a movie critic I would say something like, "I would 'steer' clear of this movie." Because every movie critic has to start their critique of how bad the plot is by writing the worst pun they can think of.. OK I'll just say this "This movie is awful."and a couple more lines to pass the IMDb standard for reviews... which is kind of a joke anyways because 5 of my friends and I got up in the theater and walked out because we'd rather walk around town than watch the rest of this movie (I ended up finishing it later on DVD, which I regretted immediately.. sad story, back then I thought I had to watch movies to the end..). Anyways, so IMDb makes you write 10 lines, but their "weighted average" on movie titles are so far removed from what the public thinks about them it's sad.. but here you go, I wrote your 10 lines so accept my review now. sorry for anyone else who kept reading this review. I just wanted to warn people to stay away from it..
firefliesgreen512 I watched this movie when it first came out, but I watched it recently and it's better than I remembered. Jimmy Fallon is hilarious in this movie and I couldn't stop laughing. He is also great in Whip it. He's definitely my favorite actor and it was really funny when he dressed up as a Mexican. I'll spoil some of this movie for you, chances are that you've seen it because it came out in 2004. A woman named Belle drives a taxi and wants to become a race car driver. One day she meets a man named Andy who is a cop and wants to solve a case about a group of people who are robbing banks. During the film there is action and comedy and you will be laughing so hard like what Jimmy does in the bloopers. I loved, loved, loved this movie.
Nick Damian Wow...a movie about an inept cop that has little plot and story development, low performances and some skimpy dressed models. This is a dismal failure on the comedy aspect. There was no funny and no surprise. The entire story was so stupid and flawed that to sit and sit through it without trying to kill yourself is more thought provoking. There is actually 20 seconds of surprise in this movie, and it happens when the models almost get caught with their car - but that's it...20 seconds later, you feel very cheated again. This movie fails.Having not seen the French version, I can't compare it to anything - except what should be something to be able to entertain in itself - and it doesn't do that.
