The Dark Side Of Disney Audience Reviews

Lucybespro It is a performances centric movie
Acensbart Excellent but underrated film
MusicChat It's complicated... I really like the directing, acting and writing but, there are issues with the way it's shot that I just can't deny. As much as I love the storytelling and the fantastic performance but, there are also certain scenes that didn't need to exist.
Curapedi I cannot think of one single thing that I would change about this film. The acting is incomparable, the directing deft, and the writing poignantly brilliant.
avpages Wasn't bad, but wasn't that good either. I was expecting more tips / "hacks" and secrets on how to enjoy the Disney theme parks from an adult perspective. I really enjoyed the "cast members only" footage... Seeing the parks from a different perspective was pretty cool. Inspires me to create a "Disneyland Hacks" video, since I live in CA and know a few tricks of my own... Have been to WDW 3 times and thoroughly enjoyed it. I want to read the DSOD book and compare it to the film since that's what it was based on. Honestly though, I learned more from Leonard Kinsey's and other YouTube videos than the film. (Dole Whip and rum, riding the people mover to enjoy some alcohol and many more)...The pacing was good, the story and character development could have been stronger. Kept waiting for the money shot and it just never happened. I was just a bit underwhelmed, only a bit. Overall it was good and totally worth the 3 buck rental on Vimeo.Would recommend to any die-hard Disney fan such as myself.
