The Perfect Boss Audience Reviews

Tayloriona Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.
Zandra The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.
Jakoba True to its essence, the characters remain on the same line and manage to entertain the viewer, each highlighting their own distinctive qualities or touches.
Marva It is an exhilarating, distressing, funny and profound film, with one of the more memorable film scores in years,
Desertman84 I have seen Jamie Luner in two TV Lifetime "The Perfect ________"- type movies. The first one was entitled "The Perfect Boss" that has her playing a beautiful and successful executive Jessica, who recently got hired by Mickelson Pharmaceutical,to be in a fast-track project that would produced a drug to help the company that is on a brink of a bankruptcy survive. She does this by sleeping with FDA officials to get a fast approval of the said drug and to kill employees who are going to provide an obstacle to its approval.Jessica and his fellow executive Cameron were successful in the fast-track project of a wonder drug.Too bad that it was later discovered by Dr. Don Renfro that this could kill a lot of people.Jessica and Cameron had Don killed but unfortunately,Don's pre-med daughter and a clerk from the pharmaceutical company Renee was able to solve the puzzle behind his father's murder that brought the guilty ones down in the end. Ashley Leggat,Linden Ashby,Cameron Finney and Gary Hudson co-stars with Luner in this Lifetime TV movie directed by Curtis Crawford. No question that this TV movie deserves only an average rating. One reason is the implausibility considering that executives are presented as murders themselves.Even Jessica herself was proved to be one as she killed her mother themselves. They could have hired killers themselves with the money they are earning.Another worth mentioning is Don's pre-med daughter managed to be smarter than the detectives in solving his father's murder.Other worth mentioning is Jessica trying to sleep with FDA authorities of gain favor instead of bribing them. These events that unfold definitely will astound the viewer. And there are more to mention such as the prostitute being able to view the plate number of a car many miles away.LOL Aside from implausibility, other things worth mentioning are predictability and average performances by the cast involved.Overall, there are other "The Perfect _______" movies that are a lot better than this one.
punishmentpark I watched the trailer on 13th Street and was looking forward to a bad film that would still have a true milf in it, namely Jamie Luner. It turns out they put in only the most becoming shots of her in the trailer, because mostly she looked very tired throughout the film. Tired, as in: not such a good nip and tuck job. And there a couple more such people in the film, none of them being very good actors (understatement). For the rest of it, this wasn't the bad TV-movie as expected, it was way worse. Boring, silly, unbelievable, those kinds of adjectives, and lots of them. I don't know how exactly Canadian tax dollars are involved here (read that in another review here on IMDb), but that would truly have been unfair to the hard working people of Canada, for sure.2 out of 10, because of my sympathy for Jamie Luner in spite of it all.
jimmerw As a Canadian, I am used to seeing these awful movies that our tax payer dollars pay for.But after my 47 years on this earth, I don't think I have ever seen a movie worse than this.Everything is bad. The main characters are abysmal actors. And the supporting cast is even worse. At first this felt like an after school special meets a soap opera. But then it just got worse. It isn't even visually pleasing. The main character looks like a squinting duck. And she is cast as the attractive one. What enrages me is that my tax dollars went to make this visual abortion. I clicked on 1 star, only because that was the lowest I could rate this. I don't know how this movie could have been worse. It is the poster child of how not to make a movie. I want to meet the film maker, and beat him. My tax dollars made this. Why??????? I am disgusted that my tax dollars went to make something worse than a high school production.
McKaley Buell I love this movie so much. It's EPIC and I love movies like these on LMN. It's a great thriller/mystery/suspense movie. Thrillers are my favorite genres. This is by far the BEST movie that premiered on LMN. I would recommend this movie to everyone who hasn't watched it yet. Everyone would love it. I would give this movie a 10/10 which is an A+ not only because of how great it was, but also because the actors/actresses. Jamie Luner and Ashley Leggat did amazing in this movie and we're really good with the acting. Same with Linden Ashby, he was amazing as well. They played their roles very well and I'm looking forward to seeing the movie again in the future sometime on TV or if it'll be available online to see the full movie. That's my review!
