The Wild Soccer Bunch 3 Audience Reviews

Linbeymusol Wonderful character development!
Ehirerapp Waste of time
Wordiezett So much average
Cristal The movie really just wants to entertain people.
Horst in Translation (filmreviews@web.de) Which is maybe due to Constatin Gastmann being the only antagonist in the entire series that has at least a bit of acting talent. It also helped that Leon was not 100% the center of the film anymore, at least in the first half. However, if I rate a film 2/10 and say it is better than four other movies, that says a lot about these films. This one here came out three years after the original movie and one year after film 2. And it is once again complete nonsense. The whole "too old to be wild" plot is as ridiculous as it gets, especially as they made two more films afterward. The music is a complete disaster again, especially when the young Ochsenknecht starts to sing about maturing. No talent in acting and even less in singing. Once again, the director and writer is Joachim Masannek. Nick Romeo Reimann ("Vorstadtkrokodile", "Türkisch für Anfänger") is in a movie for the first time and Claudia Michelsen gives the possibly most embarrassing performance of her career, which has quite a few lowlights. Uwe Ochsenknecht is in it for a couple scenes once again too to support his sons. Rufus Beck is not in here either. He did not return after the first film. The main antagonists here are a bunch of football-playing girls called the Beastly Beasts. Apart from that, it is the usual stuff from the first two films. The constant talk about being as wild as possible takes cringeworthy to new heights. The film is slightly longer than the second movie, about as long as the first, but shorter than the two final installments. It's the first film that did not score a nomination with the German Film awards in the children's film category. Looks like the Academy finally came to their senses about how horrible these films are. The negative highlight here, apart from Masannek's writing which sucks as always, is the smallest beast girl with the glasses. Man she was bad. Rarely seen such weak line delivery and I am surprised to see she got cast after his again. Maybe she improved. Here, she is pure torture. The football plot gets less and less significant with these films and they include more story and character developments far away from kicking the ball. Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht's part here is getting smaller too. However, in the next film, this is going to change drastically. He is even less talented than his brother. And what is with the constant fart jokes in this movie. Completely embarrassing. Do yourself a favor and do not watch this movie. Just horrible.
