Thumbelina Audience Reviews

Lovesusti The Worst Film Ever
SpuffyWeb Sadly Over-hyped
Voxitype Good films always raise compelling questions, whether the format is fiction or documentary fact.
Freeman This film is so real. It treats its characters with so much care and sensitivity.
Ricardo Jorge Gomes When you're going to see a movie with more than 20 years you can't expect something like Shrek or even Evangelion, because more than the human movies, the animation had improved their quality like the "baby boom" - it was hardly the same for years and then it grows up with the same steps as technology, along together, and I'm thinking that it will continue to surprises everybody for years on. Thumbelina was probably a great movie in his time, and by now, if you can upgrade your mind and think that you're seeing an early 80s animation, you'll enjoy it so much, because it's a great fairy tale, with some amazing story and characters that everyone in your family will enjoy and probably never forgets the little girl that uses to sleep in a nut bed... It is especially indicated for little girls, i guess, but stills a all family movie, that can surprises and probably, if you're sensitive, will make you drop a tear of joy when it ends... It can't be a must see, but it can be a good choice for a family afternoon... I enjoyed it!
