Linbeymusol Wonderful character development!
Nessieldwi Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.
Roman Sampson One of the most extraordinary films you will see this year. Take that as you want.
Zandra The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.
ccman2 I've gone storm chasing before and this movie really entails how that mother nature can create an angry sky and just as angry people. The graphics are good, dialogue's good, plot is okay, and is an all and all genuine movie. While it's not a very much of a feel good movie, it's a movie showing just how chaotic weather and your own life can get.
Marshal Phipps If there is one thing I've noticed about this film is that there was much negativity from reviewers when it was released and frankly I don't understand what they were expecting, it's a movie about storm chasers in a tornado outbreak trying to launch a probe into a tornado, if you wanted something more like the meaning of life you're not going to get it here. When you make a movie revolving around a natural disaster (like The Day After Tomorrow or Into the Storm) expect the action to muffle the plot, it's a challenge to make a disaster movie with adequate character development and have it not be panned by reviewers. The film is good since the plot and stunning visuals keeps you watching from start to finish and you want to sympathize with the main characters while they try to succeed with their goal while going through a major conflict.
jacobjohntaylor1 This about idiots who chase twisters for no reason. Just so the movie can go somewhere and they can have something happen. This is a badly written movie. I do not know why people like this, I do not why it got a 6.3 The story line is awful. The characters are so stupid. I do not see what the big deal is. A bunch of h.o.s.e.r.s chasing twister around . I meean what a stupid idea. A monster movie were the monster is twister that is just lame. People do not know when an original idea is just lame. This is boring movie. Good actors wasted there talent being in this awful movie. Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money do not see this awful movie.
Dylan Gallagher I usually love disaster films because with a solid and believable plot, they can be quite thrilling and intriguing; I do feel this movie was one of the flops in the disaster movie category, to be blatantly honest. So predictable! Hardly believable. The tornado always cleared up literally JUST as it passes them, every time! What are the odds, hey? The scattered chunks of debris that consistently kept missing these two love-birds/storm chasers by centimeters to meters was astounding! It was starting to become very repetitive. Little to no character development, so growing attached to any of the characters is out of the question; if there happened to be any loss of life in the film, it wouldn't affect the viewer at all. Not the mention the acting was rather ordinary, to say the least. The main thing that bothered me in this film was one of the final scenes, where Dr. Jo Harding and Bill Harding are strapped tightly to a pipe in a tiny shack, and this massive F5 tornado rips through and goes straight over top of them, and they walk away afterward with not a single scratch. I might be just being overly realistic with this film, but that's a little much for me. If a tornado that has been collecting debris its entirely journey picked you up, chances are that you wouldn't survive it because you'd be shredded by rapidly moving debris; it wouldn't be a pleasant sight, that's for sure! I was quite disappointed with this film because disaster movies are some of my favorites to date. I guess any movie is worth a watch at least once though, right? -shrugs- Once is enough here. 4/10
