George Harrison

George Harrison was not only a superb guitar player, song-writer, and innovator in The Beatles, but also forged a brilliant solo career that is often overlooked compared to that of Lennon and McCartney's. In his thirty years as a solo artist, George Harrison created some of the finest compositions of the 20th century. He may have been the toughest ex-Beatle to figure out, but he showed us who he was through his music which was honest, intriguing and deeply spiritual.
