WWE Survivor Series 2000 Audience Reviews

Steineded How sad is this?
Maleeha Vincent It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.
Isbel A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.
Caryl It is a whirlwind of delight --- attractive actors, stunning couture, spectacular sets and outrageous parties. It's a feast for the eyes. But what really makes this dramedy work is the acting.
amanwhorocks 1. T&A/Trish Stratus Vs. Crash Holly/Steve Blackman/Molly Holly - Quite good mixed tag match. Molly pinned Trish. 7/10 2. Road Dogg/K Kwik/Chyna/Billy Gunn Vs. Radicalz - Yeah, Radicalz won, but in a cheap way... 8/10 3. Chris Jericho Vs. Kane - I was a little bit angry they put Kane over Jericho. 6.5/10 4. WWF European Title Match: Champ-William Regal Vs. Hardcore Holly - Holly DQed himself.... Pity, I like Regal's old school style 6/10 5. Rikishi Vs. The Rock - Simply match for Rock to end the feud. 6.5/10 6. WWF Women's Championship: Champ-Ivory Vs. Lita - Lita juiced hard and Ivory retained. Decent Women's match! 7/10 7. WWF World Heavyweight Title Match: Champ-Kurt Angle Vs. The Undertaker - Kurt Angle had got a doubler in the end, HA! 7.5/10 8. Edge & Christian/Champs-Right To Censor Vs. Hardy Boyz/Dudley Boyz 7.5/10 9. Stone Cold Vs. Triple H - Better than average match but with stupid ending. And then the forklift thing. 6.5/10
ricky_says_hi while it isn't the best PPV of all time, Survivor Series is always my favourite PPV of the year and this one is a personal favourite of mine. plus it is from the best era of WWF ever.1) 6-PERSON INTERGENDER TAG MATCH - T&A and Trish Stratus Vs Crash, Steve Blackman and Molly Holly: a fun opening match and it's good how Test and Albert's brute strength contrast with Crash and Molly's speedy style. then there's Trish's non existent wrestling ability. who knew that next year she'd be a great wrestler and win the title? Molly gets the win with a sunset flip on Trish (her first televised victory). 6/10 2) SURVIVOR SERIES MATCH - The Radicalz Vs Road Dogg, K-Kwik, Billy Gunn and Chyna: one of my favourite matches to watch, we have a mini DX reunion here with some impressive moves from Chyna and Billy Gunn. too bad that the Radicalz win when they have only two decent wrestlers on their team. however those two decent wrestlers (Benoit and Saturn) are the only two who survived this match. special props to Billy Gunn for pwning Eddie Guerrero and Dean Malenko.8/10 3) Kane Vs Chris Jericho: longer than i expected but quite impressive. Y2J does put in a lot of effort here and god i miss masked Kane. the match gets really good when it moves to ringside. Jericho keeps pounding on Kane who just takes it and eventually gets the win like it's no trouble at all. 6/10 4) The Rock Vs Rikishi: sadly this is really out of place. i never liked Rikishi being a villain, he just didn't fit. if he ain't the fun dancing Rikishi he ain't worth watching. these two put up a decent fight with The Rock coming out on top as usual. it was a bit too long for my liking. 5/10 5) WWF European TITLE - Hardcore Holly vs William Regal (c): sadly the worst match of the night. i have never liked Hardcore Holly, his style has always seemed off to me and he would have been better off teaming with his cousins to face T&A. Regal starts working on Holly's injured knee and Holly hits him with the belt to get a DQ. 4/10 6) WWF WOMEN'S TITLE - Lita Vs Ivory (c): fantastic. two of the top female athletes in the company in one match together. Ivory is very underrated in my opinion and she proves she's just as tough as Lita who puts up a good fight. Steven Richards buts in to help Ivory pick up the win. overall, solid match. 7/10 7) WWF TITLE - Kurt Angle (c) Vs Undertaker: although Kane came out victorious, his bro wasn't as lucky. i can never really see Taker with the title but he does work hard here. Kurt is brilliant as always standing up to the American Badass but things look tough so he hides under the ring. Taker pulls him out and pins him but the ref notices it isn't Kurt. the real Kurt comes back in and rolls up Taker for the win and gets out of there with his brother. 7/10 8) SURVIVOR SERIES MATCH - Bull Buchanan, The Goodfather, Edge, Christian Vs Hardy Boys and Dudley Boyz: i really love these matches and Team X-Treme get one back for Lita since she didn't win the title. Matt is first eliminated then the Goodfather thanks to Val Venis (oops). the action is quite fast paced but good overall and Jeff is the only one to survive. afterwards the Dudleys put their enemies through a table, as you do. 8/10 9) Stone Cold Vs Triple H: it's supposed to be a no DQ match but that is to be expected. the action doesn't stay confined to the ring for long and the two move backstage with the Radicalz interfering but Stone Cold gets rid of them. they wind up in the parking lot, Triple H gets in a car but Stone Cold gets into a forklift and drops the car from a height in the air to make a really confusing ending. 7/10
gridoon 1) T&A and Trish vs. Crash and Molly Holly and Steve Blackman. Short and a bit messy, like most six-person tag team matches, but it's fun to watch Molly and Trish in this early stage of their careers, and Crash finds time to pull off one good headscissors takedown. **1/22) Road Dogg, K Kwik, Chyna and Billy Gunn vs. The Radicalz. Survivor Series Elimination Match. A couple of nice moves (K Kwik, Benoit), otherwise mostly punching and kicking. ** 3) Kane vs. Chris Jericho. A standard match between these two, where they hit almost all their trademark spots. **1/24) William Regal vs. Hardcore Holly (European title). A filler match with a terrible DQ ending. I've heard a more enthusiastic crowd at the church. ** 5) The Rock vs. Rikishi. Poor. Rikishi is a repulsive fat guy who can't wrestle, and The Rock's "devastating People's Elbow" sucks. *1/26) Ivory vs. Lita (women's title). As a match, pretty poor. But Lita gets a bloody cut over her left eye and not only does she continue the match, but she also takes all her usual risks. Admirable. **7) Kurt Angle vs. The Undertaker (WWF title). Two highlights give this match its high rating: Kurt's awesome figure-four leglock around the ringpost (!), and one of the funniest and most imaginative endings I've ever seen. ***8) Edge & Christian and RTC vs. The Hardy Boyz and The Dudley Boyz. Survivor Series Elimination Match. The only team I cared about in this one were the Hardyz. The bad news: Matt is the first man to be eliminated! The good news: Jeff wins! ** 9) Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. HHH (no DQ). What a lame excuse for a main event! Just a long, draggy brawl that ends with a cliffhanger. Only thing I found amusing was the crowd's reaction ("yeah!") when Stone Cold placed a steel chair around The Game's throat and threatened to jump on it! *1/2
marlbrolights17 This WWF pay-per-view, was just OK which is not good considering the WWf is a billion dollar corporation. Now i know is kinda nerdy to analyze something like a video but nobody as a review for the one so i thought what the hell! The weird thing about this video is that the highlighted matches were the most boring ones. For example the Triple H and Stone Cold match. What the hell?? It ended with Triple H being smashed to death in a car?? No winner, no explanation, nothing. Also the Rock and Rikishi match was pretty stupid too. Some good matches are The Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle for the WWF title. Ending is a little bit shaky but pretty funny and entertaining. I also liked the Women's title match between Lita and Ivory just because i think Lita was stoned during it. hehe. The traditional Survivor Series tag matches were good. The first one was Chyna, Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, and K-Kwik vs. The Radicalz. Only bad thing about that match was that Chyna got pinned very quickly. The other and more entertaining match was The Hardys and Dudleyz vs. Right to Censor, and Edge and Christian. Overall i would give this pay-per-view and B-
