Body of Proof Audience Reviews

Smartorhypo Highly Overrated But Still Good
Micransix Crappy film
Zlatica One of the worst ways to make a cult movie is to set out to make a cult movie.
Darin One of the film's great tricks is that, for a time, you think it will go down a rabbit hole of unrealistic glorification.
Kirpianuscus a good work. wise mixture of crime, personal life and medical details. sure, Dana Delany is the star and the science to create her character episode by episode, to use in inspired manner each nuance of a career woman looking the best way to develop the private life , the relation with her daughter. but, I admit, I am fascinated by the performance of Windell Middlebrooks. the presence, the humor, the vulnerability, the traces of Peter Pan syndrome, the couple with Geoffrey Arend are the significant good points who transforms Curtis Brumfield in the best spice. a film who escapes from the long chain of series about same recipes. and this is a real virtue.
elf111412 Once again, a potentially great show is ruined by a spoiled rotten brat kid, whom the mother, played by Dana Delaney, feels guilty over, and thus kisses the girl's stupid ass at every turn.I am so sick of these types of parental models, I could puke, and once again, just like many other potentially great shows, this "model" with the brat kid has ruined it.There are so many potentially great shows that have been ruined by throwing in this type of story line. One other show I can think of, that I also stopped watching after a few episodes, was Lie to Me and also, I stopped watching the Americans for the same reason. This makes me sick to my stomach. I really enjoy the crime drama, but I am not, in the least interested in viewing a show with spoiled rotten kids in every one of them.
sydboy007 After watching the first few episodes I wasn't sure if I'd bother with any more. Initially I found Megan Hunt annoying, with her colleges too weak. It felt like a poor version of house. After the halfway mark in the first season I noticed the character development and started to like most of the support cast. There's a decent level of comedy and I suppose we're seeing Megan learn how to deal emotionally with others.Yes the show is formulaic, but then these days what show isn't. For an hour of my time I get a decent drama, a few laughs, and the odd smile. I'm looking forward to seeing how the character develop further nd hop we'll get a season 3.
Vique78 This is a good decent show but is in serious need of recasting IMO.The character Peter is completely lame, he could have been played by a woman there is nothing manly about this character and trying to make him out to be a ladies man is absurd and nauseating. This actor has the sex-appeal of a baked potato and looks like a human version of Shrek. No I am not buying whatever it is they the writers are selling there not one bit. The hottie Dani should not be making out with an old castrate like Peter that is so wrong on so many levels.Dr. Curtis another female character played by a man? What is he doing there and what is it that the writers think he can add to this show? Get rid off him or re-write the character he is too much of a weak old woman to fit into this show.Det. Bud, no no no. Where are the handsome men in this series? Where there no male actors with their cojones and hair intact available for casting of this show?? I understand this is a show targeted to fit middle-aged ladies but that doesn't mean they do not want to be entertained and to look and real men and interesting characters. As for the rest of the show and cast: brilliant! I love it and will keep following it unless the sight of Peter drives me to claw my eyes out of throw the TV out the window.
