Info

With Majin Boo defeated half-a-year prior, peace returns to Earth, where Son Goku (now a radish farmer) and his friends now live peaceful lives. However, a new threat appears in the form of Beerus, the God of Destruction. Considered the most terrifying being in the entire universe, Beerus is eager to fight the legendary warrior seen in a prophecy foretold decades ago known as the Super Saiyan God. The series retells the events from the two Dragon Ball Z films, Battle of Gods and Resurrection 'F' before proceeding to an original story about the exploration of alternate universes.

Dragon Ball Super Audience Reviews

Intcatinfo A Masterpiece!
Kien Navarro Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.
Brenda The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one
Philippa All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
dracosan27 10/10 would recommend. Definitely give it a watch if you're a dragon ball fan.
Stephen Starseeker Just finished watching the show and i felt the need to write a review for anyone that is considering to watch it. Story-line 7/10 - somewhat predictable for a veteran DB fan, for anyone else watching DB for the first time it will be a thrill.Animation 8/10 - i have seen great animation, this is what i call "good enough" animation. Details where and when it counts, fluid movements, lively colors as we expect from the DB franchise, good overall perspective.Action 10/10 - DB is known for being packed with amazing action and adventure, for those of you who love fighting and martial arts this will never disappoint.Morals and spiritual guidance 10/10 - The show is about martial arts which is a combination of strength and wisdom, we get plenty of both in this show. Great displays of strength and wisdom.Music and voice acting 10/10 - Soundtrack is amazing, great sound effects and top-level voice acting.Ridiculousness 10/10 - Destruction powers that go beyond universe level ................. a bit overkill. Struggle and pushing past limits like why do we even have limits if they can be overcome. All that talk about limits when in fact there are no limits.Character development 10/10 - Well, i am now a Vegeta fanboy.
nehalchintzy Very dissappointed .... why is there so much delay !!!!!!! this is alos happened many times before !!!!!!
wangdavid-13872 Dragon Ball Super (DBS) provides a platform that allows both the fans of the original Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z (DBZ) to enjoy. Comedy from the original Dragon Ball, action from DBZ, and suspense from both, DBS has it all. Dragon Ball Super also revives some previously forgotten characters, such as Krillin, Tenshinhan (Tien), and Master Roshi. In addition, Dragon Ball Super goes above and beyond and strengthens the characters of Android 17 and Frieza (though I suggest avoiding the Resurrection F arc as reference). In addition, Super also reintroduces moves found in the original Dragon Ball, such as the zanzoken (afterimage technique), mafuba (evil containment wave), and even the bankoku bikkuri sho (thunder shock surprise). In addition, Super maintains all the moves found in Dragon Ball Z, such as galick gun, big bang attack, and the makankosappo (special beam cannon). The filter episodes from DBS are also far more entertaining than they should be compared to other shows that use filler episodes. There are flaws to the show, especially in the beginning (first two arcs), such as poor animation and redoes of DBZ movies, but watching DBS and its staff improve and develop into a powerhouse is a wonderful journey, something I feel that should be acknowledged more. Some examples of this include Naoki Tate's animation redemption in episode 110 and the recognition of other amazing animators, such as Yuya Takahashi, Naotoshi Shida, Takeo Ide, Yuichi Karasawa, and Shuichiro Manabe. I highly recommend watching DBS. If not, then you are missing out!
