Goof Troop Audience Reviews

Pluskylang Great Film overall
ThrillMessage There are better movies of two hours length. I loved the actress'performance.
Suman Roberson It's a movie as timely as it is provocative and amazingly, for much of its running time, it is weirdly funny.
Ava-Grace Willis Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.
mwcrunner This old show from Disney Channel is priceless and very fun to watch. Goofy is one of the funniest cartoon characters ever and he also makes a terrific dad. Also Pete is still kind of a villain in this show as he is in the old Mickey Mouse cartoons. He has a family in this show though and has heart too. One episode of this show that I remember is this one where Goofy, Max, Pete, PJ, Peg and Pistol meet Frankenstein's Monster who looks like Pete and it is funny and cool. This is one of the many old shows of Disney Channel that I remember watching, besides DuckTales, Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck, TailSpin, and other shows. This show will always be a part of Goofy's timeline.
TheLittleSongbird I have always loved Disney. Goof Troop is wonderful, and one of my favourite shows of theirs alongside Darkwing Duck, Talespin and DuckTales. The animation often has a crisp and smooth quality with the backgrounds and is also very colourful. The music is hip and cool as well with one of the most memorable theme tunes of any 90s cartoon show, the story lines always engage and the writing never fails to be hilarious, in fact I consider Goof Troop to be one of Disney's funniest shows.Wonderful characters too. Goofy is still clumsy and lovable, Max never fell into the trap of being overly-cutesy or bland and Pete is often a character you love to hate. The voice acting is consistently great, Bill Farmer has some inspired delivery as he always does and Jim Cummings's Pete adds to the long list of his best voice roles.Overall, wonderful. 10/10 Bethany Cox
mervclan Okay just have answers to ask I love goofy's short eps of Disney they where good but a bit old the movie in 1995 outstanding me because of its adventure and wildness the 2nd movie in 2000 a VHS tape movie was alright it was not as good as the first one and as for this show I did not know goofy had his own series which was in 1992 the only show could remember as kid was inspector gadget which was in 1982 I saw VHS tapes of this show but never got the change of getting them so I look for some of the eps on youtube and they where pretty good but not as good as the movie the show has goofy and max and Pete and PJ from the first and the 2nd movies I am a big fan of A goofy movie so I wanted to watch the TV series so I gave it a try and I was not let dawn by goofy or by Disney its funny and wild like the first movie but its not as good as the first movie its a good TV show it was so realist some people say this show is a spin off to the first movie but Think again this show came out before the first movie did check the wikia it shows that show came out in 1992 and the first movie came out in 1995 so if your a big fan of A goofy movie then you are going to like this show. so I gave this show a 7 out of 10.
Chaoschick44 Great show. I loved it as a kid. I also liked that later the movie "A Goofy movie" continued the life of goofy and Max with Max as a teenage high school student. Then "An extremely Goofy movie" takes us to college with Max and Goofy. It was fun growing up with Max because we were the same age at the same time. I know someone earlier said this show is a spin off of the movie. That is not correct. The show came first in 1992 and the movie came in 1995. In the show Max is 11 and is always trying to help Goofy do things that usually end up in a crazy adventure. they live next-door to Pete and his family. Pete is always trying to out do Goofy and thinks he is smarter than him. Pete has two children, PJ and Pistol who are always playing with Max. PJ is Max's best friend and they are always being followed around by PJ's little sister. I loved this show and can remember watching it every day after school.
