When i saw that there is going to be a tv-show about the Defenders i was beyond excited to see one of my favorite superhero teams to come alive. I was actually never bored from this show, there are some parts where there are but aside from that it was a pretty solid tv-show. This show follows Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist as they come together to fight the crimes and protect their city from many things regular or supernatural that happen around the streets in New York City. I think if you saw any of their each own shows you will know the characters already. There is plenty of fighting, i think that the fans are going to like that, also humor and one hell of a group of superheroes. Honestly, i liked better the relationship that was with Jessica Jones and Daredevil than Luke Cage's and Iron Fist's relationship. I feel like they saved the show more, because their interactions were so hilarious and they would make a pretty good team. If Marvel made a show about those two i would definitely watch it, the martyr of a lawyer and the alcoholic investigator, that would be awesome but it will never happen unfortunately because the Defenders are one team. The villain in the show is alright i guess, but other then that you should give this show a try.

I love Jessica jones. That's why I watched it. Defenders idea is good. But the execution fails in many points. Fighting (Kung-fu style) scenes are not realistic, careography is poor. They could have done more Jackie Chen style. That intro music is so annoying. Is it game of thrones that they have such a low-energy music? Action characters do so much bs talking. Iron fist character is such an emotional dude it annoys. The finale of season 1 was super annoying, still there had to be 15 more minutes of bs talking at the end until we see the twist. I give it a 7star because I like the concept. But we need something more realistic. For second season (if there's one), the producers need to decide if they want to make an emotional drama or an action series or they find a way to work it together (which obviously doesn't work now)

Besides Jesica Jones most boring third Marvel show. Iron fist, Luke Cage, Defenders . I started 3 times and i fell to sleep. Writers and director is not very talented.

Enjoy it for what it is: Good entertainment. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was engaging, suspenseful and fun. The music, setting, acting, cinematography, etc was all pretty solid. It's a superhero show, folks...no one should expect something that rises to the level of 'high art.There are good parts in this series for sure. But this show did not fulfill its potential. The story is generic and much simpler than Daredevil .The actors are mostly good, but their characters don't really evolve. They just go through the action like they are doing the dishes.
just i think it was some problems in this series like:1/ What goes wrong always end wrong. The first and biggest wrong foot step was Finn Jones in the shoes of Danny Rand, it can't be, it just can't, he wasn't up to it. That said, along with the bad writing that made the show in the bottom of the four shows "Dare/Jessica/Luke", we had the first flaw in The Defenders. 2/ Daredevil is no longer our Daredevil, the one we knew in his own fabulous show was darker, wiser, calmer and smarter than this copy. In The Defenders we saw another Daredevil, with a bad nerve and more good looking than Danny, just that and nothing more. Overall it's definitely still watchable , and a good TV superheros series .
