Nash Bridges Audience Reviews

Unlimitedia Sick Product of a Sick System
Micransix Crappy film
StyleSk8r At first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.
Juana what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.
cuzinmex Nash Bridges was my all time favorite show. I never missed an episode when it was fresh and I've never missed a rerun. Whomever dressed Don for the role did an outstanding job. He wore a different outfit for each show . I'd like to know if anyone who reads this would know whom I could email or write to and try to obtain one of each outfits he wore. It has been awhile since the show went off the air but someone who helped make the show might know who was responsible for his clothes. What a car he drove? That would be hard to duplicate but somewhere someone may just have one. What can one say about Cheech, I know Don was the star but without Cheech it may have not been as funny. Hope someone can help.
Djordje Jovanovic Nash Bridges is one of the best series I ever watch. When first season starts I don't like it but...when I watch next episode and next episode I said to myself "I really like this series"I really like Nash Bridges because it's high action drama about two best cop in San Francisco.Cheech Marin as Joe Dominguez is one of the best comedian in the world and Don Johnson as Nash Bridges is very smart man who knows everything. We must say something about Jeff Pery who like his bes music group "Greatfull Dead" and old Nick as James Gammon.San Francisco is the best place to record this show...hide street, cable cars,Alcatraz island and other thinks in pleasant San Francisco California. It's to bad because of six season Nash Bridges it's small! But this is the best rating series in America..
jprsha I never watched the series until it was canceled and running on the USA Network in syndication. (My Bad!) This is a wonderful show and although it was based on crime fighting, the relationships between it's characters (and I mean characters!) is the primary draw. Not only does the "Nash" character has to deal with ex-wives, a daughter becoming a woman, a dad (Nash's Father) whose dementia is forcing confusing and even tender moments in all of their lives, it's the interaction with all of the colorful characters of San Francisco and the Bay Area in general. The repeating sub characters, Boz, Pepe, Tony B, Jake Cage, Eldon and Tamara Van Zant add a continuing story line and tie things together over the course of the series.Joe Dominguez (Cheech Marin) who is Nash's partner also has his own family issues and ads a comical side to life in dealing with his need for money schemes, a wife from Sweden who launches into tirades of Swedish when she's upset, a son whose job is to pick mushrooms for a living, an older mother-in-law who only speaks Swedish and is a "pot-head", all add another dimension and fills the series with life. There are comments from "Joe" that are hysterical and can only be delivered by Marin. ("It sounded like she said 'You can't drive a fish through a vacuum, unplugged.'")The whole series and the plethora of action makes you feel like you're on a really fun carnival ride full of bright colors and constant action. Instead of giving you a headache, it just makes you feel good.I'm looking forward to the entire series coming out on DVD.
Jay Stuart This show was so great, and what made is so great was the chemistry between the actors and characters, however there are a few moments that defined the show. From good and happy moments to the worst and bleakest of moments, they have left this show to be among the best. I feel that some of the best moments in this show's history are when Nash was over Lisa's house and after they were arguing, Nash apologized for everything he did to hurt her, and when she left for Paris, her and Nash fell in love again and they were split apart again. Also when Evan Cortez was killed in Jackpot part 2. When they showed Harvey crying as he was cleaning out Evan's desk. This show is one of the best shows in television history.
