This is one of the longet series for children due to a complexe story and great characters with a very nice personnal story ! If you want my opinion, season 8 and 9 re the best because of the design changes !If you haven't watch it yet, take a look at this !

When the fate of their world, Ninjago, is challenged by great threats, it's up to the ninja: Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane, Lloyd and Nya to save the world. I don't understand why Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu has such a low rating here on IMDb it's a show meant for kids and yet adults b*tch and moan about it writing their reviews like people are going to actually listen to them? I'll tell you what this show is about it's about friendship and teamwork and even if they do sell a bunch of toys who cares anyways? I mean it's 2017 everything is about toys and kids anymore so just get over it. You got ninjas, dragons, snakes, superpowers and above all a well made show with a smart humor to it. Your kids are definitely going to love it and besides there's always the upcoming Movie with Jackie Chan so just relax and enjoy the ride.

Originally going to be cancelled in 2012, but brought back due to popular demand, Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu has 3 seasons and is still going strong. With a fourth season to appear in January, the show has gained positive reviews from all age groups. The show follows four (five as of S1 E10) ninja as they battle various menaces, such as Skeletons (Skulkin), Snakes (Serpentine), the Stone Army, and the Nindroids in the world of Ninjago. With a compelling story that will always leave you wondering "Who is that? What happens next? TELL ME NOW!", Ninjago is (this coming from a teenager) one of the best animated shows of all time.

So far, we've been surprised by how well done this series is. Being a toy-selling series, we honestly were expecting the kind of shows we saw advertising toys when we were young: pointless, poorly written, and cheesy beyond belief. As adults, we actually ENJOY watching this series, and seeing what happens! Since it is geared to children (I would say about ages 8- 12), some of the plot "twists" are actually fairly obvious for an adult, but still interesting. The ideas about devotion, loyalty, and accepting differences have also been really useful in our household, where we have been able to have effective discussions about autism, disability, and ability based on these characters and their adventures. We have also been able to discuss social interactions and ways to think about others in ways that can be hard to broach with this middle-elementary age: that people who seem to be friends may not be, that bullies have their own issues, and ideas of including others and finding your own talents when others don't include you. There are lots of other good, complex issues of relationships presented here, in terms this age group can grasp and see. We actually find ourselves wishing there were MORE toys associated with this series, not less. And unfortunately, many of the figures are exclusively available through the larger, very expensive Lego sets (do keep in mind this series is intended to sell you toys!)
