Aaron's House Audience Reviews

Artivels Undescribable Perfection
VeteranLight I don't have all the words right now but this film is a work of art.
Mathilde the Guild Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.
Marva It is an exhilarating, distressing, funny and profound film, with one of the more memorable film scores in years,
Leofwine_draca AARON'S HOUSE is another terrible, Z-grade slice of indie horror fare that's near unwatchable due to the poor quality of it all. It's one of those films which appears to have been made with zero skill or originality. Various one-dimensional characters end up at a haunted house and some paranormal investigating, but nothing happens. This one's boring beyond belief.
Reynard It sounded like it was going to be a very interesting film. After watching half of it, I gave up and quit watching it. The camera work and acting were not very good. The film itself is too disjointed to make any real sense. Low budget films aren't always this bad. I wouldn't waste my time or money on this film.
TheCountDracula I watched 'Aaron's House' last year and wasn't overly impressed, but when I got the chance to watch it again, and decided to look into the making of it, I found it to be rather entertaining. 'Aaron's House' will never win awards and there were some things I would have liked the director to have done differently, like lighting and sound, for example, but as a micro-budget B-movie, and viewing it in a different light, I found myself enjoying it far more the second time. The acting isn't spectacular or anything and the effects could've been tweaked a bit more, but you have to take into account this film was made for next to nothing, and as such, was not too bad at all.The first time I watched 'Aaron's House' I thought the lead character to be too wacky for my tastes, but seeing it again, and just watching his style, I found it to be quite amusing, and it was clear the cast were simply having fun making the film, which actually comes across well. It's far from a perfect film and you can clearly see the budget wasn't there, but you'll also see passion and an honest attempt at creating an entertaining film, unlike so many others that are made for the sole purpose of making money with no integrity from the filmmaker, so, if you're willing to ignore the lack of budget, and look deeper into the film itself, 'Aaron's House' is worth a gander, and at a mere 2 bucks to rent on Amazon (that's where I hired it), you can hardly go wrong.6.2/10
