Bed & Breakfast Audience Reviews

ChanBot i must have seen a different film!!
Chirphymium It's entirely possible that sending the audience out feeling lousy was intentional
DubyaHan The movie is wildly uneven but lively and timely - in its own surreal way
Calum Hutton It's a good bad... and worth a popcorn matinée. While it's easy to lament what could have been...
Jack Vasen Juliana Paes is a sizzling Brazilian actress and this movie plays to her strengths without crossing over into nudity. Sometimes Juliana is preening for effect and at other times she manages to inject some heart and compassion into her lines.Dean Cain does his best to support Paes. He is supposed to look like a typical man who is overly impressed by the sexy lady and therefore looks a little clumsy. In the romantic moments he holds up his end but doesn't shine. It is a pleasant enough love story and of course we know how it has to end. There are really no twists or surprises. However the ending doesn't totally make sense since it never explains how Ana will get the money she needs to pay her debt, but who knows, maybe the place is worth enough to mortgage it. Also, she leaves abruptly and must still think that Jake is making up to his wife and that she may no longer be the ex, but Ana comes back anyway. Maybe we are supposed to believe she came back for love of the countryside. It's a romance story, so those frequently don't make sense.
Tom Watkins Sorry folks - this movie is written for immature eight grade boys. The whole movie revolves around kissing scenes and staring at the parts of the lead actress. I am surprised that Dean Cain took the role of this cheesy low rent movie. I would not waste your time, unless you are an immature eight grade boy, but even then with all the other films out there - you too would be bored.I am not quite sure why they make movies like this one, unless they have a quota or something. I guess it was supposed to be funny and cute, so if you only had two choices and the other one was reruns of The Andy Griffith Show - I would watch Andy, Opie, and Barney - much more entertaining.
guerreiroonline Come on. I kind known to strike the film Brazil, because, despite having HD quality and everything else is amateur, has the most expensive advertising and novel than the movie. Movie film is that the U.S. (and the rest of the world) uses. And to prove that this movie was perfect: the transition of the footage from the U.S. to Brazil there is a clear difference, professional vs. amateur image. Marcio Garcia hit the partnership made a simple and predictable movie, but well done (except for the Japanese scenes that are not thrown that way in public, and the final scene of Márcio that apparently needed to make merchan shampoo). While they are talking about, I enjoyed this romantic comedy. At least had a plot with a beginning, middle and end, and unlike many Brazilian films. I'm a fan of American movies, not like the movies Brazil. But I firmly believe that if you pay attention to this detail of the film would already be half way for me to start to change their minds. Pity that few people realize - and cares.
GB McKee I only put spoiler alert because it is so simply obvious that the movie attempts to telegraph what's about to happen.Juliana does a stellar job with facial expressions and sincerity, especially since her lines were apparently written by a 10 year old. A number of times, just when the movie appears to be making sense and following an understandable path, it slides off into tired and confusing situations. While I personally like movies with surprises, this one is surprising only in that it simply can't make any sense. If you have Netflix, and it doesn't cost to watch streaming, and you have housework to do, it might do for white noise, otherwise, don't bother.
