FeistyUpper If you don't like this, we can't be friends.
Stoutor It's not great by any means, but it's a pretty good movie that didn't leave me filled with regret for investing time in it.
Ariella Broughton It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.
Roxie The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
bug_fanatic1979 Tim Ritter's CREEP is a movie for people who love low budget sleaze films! This is the kind of movie that was destined to be a drive in classic had it not came along long after the drive in's had their day.The movie is basically about a psycho brother and sister and a Dirty Harry/Death Wish inspired female cop (who also happens to be really hot!). CREEP is kind of like a Natural Born Killers style movie at times with lots of weird angle and cutting. I won't go into any real details because it would spoil the fun of this movie. Just take my word for it that there are lots of twists and turns in this one and everything is in BAD TASTE!! This is not for the PC crowd.Joel Wynkoop (the Ed Wood of acting and my favorite b-movie actor) is having a ball in this film! He gets with a lot of pretty ladies who don't mind taking their clothes off! This movie gets a A+ on the nudity and violence alone! I'd give it an A+ on the storyline as well as it's very well crafted and full of weird characters and situations.There is one problem with CREEP and it's a big one!!!!!! The DVD of CREEP is cut to hell!! I saw the original version and I know there was a lot of stuff I remember missing from the DVD release. Why a sleaze cla-SICK like CREEP would be cut down for it's DVD release is a mystery to me. The best thing to do is to try to find a copy of the old VHS. It's worth the search!
dmuel This movie is so bad, so cheaply shot, so poorly acted and written that it's amazing it was ever made. Some scenes provoke howls they are so stupid, but there are far too few to bother watching this atrocious piece of garbage. If this were one-tenth as lurid and provocative as it was meant to be it would be well worth viewing. But, you can't make a movie with a budget you lifted out of your kid's piggy bank. In some of the scenes you can tell the video was shot in some low-rent neighborhood. They didn't even try to keep some of the neighbors out of the picture. It should be a crime to make movies this bad, it cheats people out some of their lives spent watching it. Well hope that's enough lines for IMDb, this flick isn't worth more than two lines. Thumbs WAY down.
pig_71 Man, this movie isn't for everybody, but if you like low-budget, gore-exploitaion flicks, this is classic. It has gore, moves pretty fast, but to me it is a dark tale so it isn't super fast-fun filled flick. But if you like this kinda stuff, check it out.
tie1985 All hail to the Prince of low-budget video, the Duke of twisted storytelling and the King of gore-on-a-budget! Tim Ritter's outrageous horror-fest CREEP delivers! Kathy Willets and Joel D. Wynkoop play savage killers in this sexually twisted and graphically shocking story. Patricia Paul plays a convincing role as the stressed-out cop drawn into this sick affair. CREEP is filled with some of the most innovative twists and shocking turns of events. The story flows smoothly with each passing scene, until the climactic and STUNNING finale. Skillfully written and masterfully shot, Tim Ritter continues to prove that he is one of the better young directors in the no-budget industry. CREEP is sure to be considered one of the all-time favorites at this level! ***
