Legendary guitarist Eric Clapton is filmed performing live in one of the most beautiful parks in his native England, London's Hyde Park, for the annual Prince's Trust Charity Concert in 1996. In his usual breathtaking way, the man they call "Slowhand" masterfully performs renditions of some of his most adored classics, including "Layla," "I Shot the Sheriff," "Wonderful Tonight," and "White Room."

Eric Clapton - Live in Hyde Park Audience Reviews

Micransix Crappy film
Fairaher The film makes a home in your brain and the only cure is to see it again.
Aiden Melton The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.
Mathilde the Guild Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.
sjsimmons68 Eric Clapton is one of my favorite musicians, so anything he puts out I'm going to want to buy. The concert here must have been great to be at, and I completely enjoy the music on this DVD. However, there's very little point to watching it. It's just a video of him with his band, and the quality of the production seems to me to be sub par. So, I stick the DVD in the player and let it play while I do other things. For that purpose, I really enjoy this DVD.
madastar Eric Clapton fans will be pleased at the selection of songs played in this concert. From old favourites to songs from his later recordings, everything is here. The DTS soundtrack is great and the video transfer is of a superior quality.
