He Loves Me… He Loves Me Not Audience Reviews

Jeanskynebu the audience applauded
Matialth Good concept, poorly executed.
Dynamixor The performances transcend the film's tropes, grounding it in characters that feel more complete than this subgenre often produces.
Geraldine The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.
abhishek mitra Love, as they say, is deadlier than hate sometimes: Love which is actually not but obsession!A young girl is obsessed with one of her neighbors who is married. The girl devices plan (even sinister ones) to get the man.The director/story-teller does an awesome job to make the viewer otherwise for most part of the movie. If you are not reading this review before watching the movie then I think you'll definitely agree with me that it came as a shock when you got to know that whatever was happening was the work of an obsessed lover!Even when everything looks fine and you are contemplating a happy ending the director throws a bucketful of surprise to make your pupil dilated and put a smirk on your lips.
ayishadancerlife I'm taking french and our teacher showed us this movie in class. at first i was like "its a pretty nice chick flick" but i wasn't super into i. i personally thought that at the beginning her bf was a big a**hole. boy was i wrong. its hard to explain this movie without spoilers because thats pretty much the whole movie.but i love the way this movie was made with wonderful acting and beautiful scripts. i cant find anything wrong with this movie. it was totally believable and keeps you guessing tell the very end.Audrey Tautou does a very convincing job of playing this madly in love girl. and Samuel Le Bihan is just perfect as the role of the man.
AirPlant Audrey Tatou portrays Angelique; a beautiful and talented art student who falls deeply in love with married cardiologist Loïc. Over the first half of this movie, they plan how he will escape from his unhappy marriage, his pregnant wife and live an idyllic existence together. Initially, the story focuses on Angelique's point of view; we see her conspiring with her treacherous paramour, leaving voice mail messages and sending love letters and as such, this appears to be no more than a conventional, if rather sordid tale of betrayal and marital infidelity. However, half way through the movie, our perspective changes, and now we see the story through the eyes of Angelique's object of desire; Loïc. Without giving away the ingenious premise, I will say that the story is not as straightforward as it first appears. Our preconceptions and expectations are challenged, and the personalities of the participants are laid bare. This is a sometimes uncomfortable examination of obsession and the lengths human beings will go to in the name of love.
C M I have not yet seen this film but from what I have read, it seems to describe the experience of erotomania -- the delusion that someone else is in love with you -- quite accurately and creatively. I am assuming erotomania here is portrayed as a true medical condition, like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, and not just something that afflicts the "morally weak". I am glad that there is an erotomania version of "A Beautiful Mind" out there.I plan to rent this film tomorrow. Hopefully it will not disappoint.-- "Angelique, a young student, is in love with a married doctor. We see her attempts to make him leave his pregnant wife, but he does not appear for meetings or finally the booked journey to Florence. Then the movie is turned back to the beginning, and the view changes: We are now following the view of the doctor instead of Angelique's. And things look quite different now..."
