Kill Buljo Audience Reviews

Pluskylang Great Film overall
Merolliv I really wanted to like this movie. I feel terribly cynical trashing it, and that's why I'm giving it a middling 5. Actually, I'm giving it a 5 because there were some superb performances.
Derrick Gibbons An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.
Øystein Grastveit As most of you know, a dubbed movie is not nearly as good as the original. In this movie there is no exception. I've read all of the other reviews, and most of them is negative. But I think the reason is that the writers of the reviews are not from Norway. I myself am from Norway, and I didn't like the movie just because it from the same country as myself. Frankly, a lot of Norwegian films are horrible, but this one is one of the funniest parodies I've ever seen!I've read comments with complains about bad acting, but that is one of the things that makes this movie so hilarious! Another thing is that the people from the southern half of Norway, thinks the way of speaking in northern Norway is funny, so you have to understand Norwegian to be fully able to enjoy this movie. And you must consider that this movie is a low-budget film, so keep your expectations down, or you are doomed to be disappointed. If you want to see this film, and do not understand Norwegian, at least watch it with subtitles, cause the voice of the actors plays a big part in this movie.
beatrix_kiddo_kills I think this is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. And Kill Bill is one of my favorites. There was nothing good in this movie, everything was bad.I wanted to see this movie because I am a fan of Kill Bill, but this wasn't even funny. I have seen low budget movies that are masterpieces, but this is just crap.I hope and think they have better movies in Norway, it must be better than this. When you make a parody of one of the greatest movies ever, it has to be at least as good than the original. Tarantino is one of the greatest directors ever and this movie just spit in his face.Just don't watch it!!!!!!!
hampe-1 This movie sucks big time! I thought I was going to see a movie that was at least funny, but there's nothing funny in this movie. The acting is awful, the jokes are not the least bit funny and that's too bad because it's supposed to be a comedy/parody. Instead I found myself being irritated because it could have been a good movie. The only things I enjoyed was the opening credits and the beautiful women. I can't see anyone enjoy this except if you're fiends of the cast or if you have so bad humour that it's out of this world.Even if it's made with low budget and with amateurs it is still a very bad movie, it's no excuse for bad jokes and bad acting. If you are thinking about watching this: DON'T!
oahoen This is a must see! A group of friends from a small town i northern Norway has made a low budget spoof movie loosely based on Tarantino's Kill Bill - and it's funny as heck! For movie aficionados it contains references to a fjord-load of classics, from Star Wars to Deliverance, in addition to the obvious likeness to the two Kill Bills. Splatter, cheesy one-liners and arctic ass-kicking all rolled into one big snowball of lowbrow laughs. Oh, and plenty of ham acting intermixed with some quite talented amateurs. The snowmobile chase scene alone is worth the price of admission! It is quite interesting that this movie has been made with almost no support from the Norwegian film establishment, and yet it's a bigger hit with young audiences than most productions that costs ten or twenty times more to make. Just goes to show that an original idea and a love of movie-making wins over money and prestige every time.
