The director, Mrs. Shirin Neshat, attended the stage and made a short speech. A biography told us we would not watch the movie. Obviously my expectations were in this direction. I think Oum Kulthum is one of the most important artists of the twentieth century. It is obvious that there is a great love or love for him in the Arab world.
