Non-Transferable Audience Reviews

Actuakers One of my all time favorites.
Forumrxes Yo, there's no way for me to review this film without saying, take your *insert ethnicity + "ass" here* to see this film, like now. You have to see it in order to know what you're really messing with.
ChanFamous I wanted to like it more than I actually did... But much of the humor totally escaped me and I walked out only mildly impressed.
Candida It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.
Tim Weitzel Non-transferable is a different kind of romantic comedy by one of the actors from Frankenstein, M.D. and also starring the lead from the Lizzie Bennet Diaries. This is not a big studio production, but it does have high production values. The movie takes an unexpected plot twist, which is nice. The concept is original, the views of Turkey are amazing, and the dialogue is charming. But what is most striking is the feel of a web serial that has instead been presented as a feature length film. You can watch it on your laptop, or if you get creative, there are ways to stream it to your t.v., which is what I did and it was very much worth it to see this film on the same type of screen I see, say, a Netflix film on. If you like Rom-Coms, do yourself a favor and find a friend to watch this one with.
Penny Clark If you are looking for a well acted Romantic Comedy that has a believable plot, this is it. Non-Transferable is Funny, Witty and Smart. You almost immediately relate and care about the main character , played by Ashley Clements. A feel-good, afternoon on the couch with popcorn flick. And the locations! Beautifully filmed. Kudos to Brendan Bradley writing and directing a RomCom that keeps you engaged.
Megan Reif This movie is just delightful. I've been waiting for it come out for over a year, and it did not disappoint. I have a feeling I'll be re- watching it many times over. Amy and Joshua go on a whirlwind, rom com adventure to Istanbul, Cappadoccia, Ephesus, the Aegean Sea, and other hidden gems all over Turkey. It's truly a love letter to Turkey, and the entire movie is gorgeously shot. The dialogue is charming and witty, and the characters are immensely likable. This is such a cute, feel-good movie filled with banter and shenanigans and a healthy sprinkle of rom com staples. If you're interested, there are also a ton of videos on their YouTube channel showing how they managed to film this gorgeous movie with a tiny crew and plenty of moxy. Highly recommend!
pemberley I enjoyed this movie very much. Full disclosure, I've been a fan of many involved in this project for years, so I was predisposed to appreciate new material from them. Some of my amusement definitely came from seeing lots of familiar and well-loved faces, as well as references to Amy Elizabeth Tyler's (Ashley Clements) previous career as a vlogger and her "little videos." I have no idea how intentional or coincidental that was on the part of writer/director/costar Brendan Bradley and the story he set out to tell (at most an Easter egg, I think), but it made me happy. That said, I did also enjoy the film on its own merits. The cast is charming and gave me some real life lol moments. This movie promises a comedy about two people who have come to a crossroads in their lives and challenge each other to grow. It delivers.
