CommentsXp Best movie ever!
Ezmae Chang This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.
Fatma Suarez The movie's neither hopeful in contrived ways, nor hopeless in different contrived ways. Somehow it manages to be wonderful
arfdawg-1 A documentary on the secret dossiers that police, FBI, and task agencies have compiled on hip-hop performers and industry executives.Horribly made documentary by a wigger. We all know the music industry in general is corrupt and fueled by drug money and money gets laundered in it.The film is made like a student film. It's simply horrible. There are no other words to describe it.I could have made a better movie when I was 12.It goes on and on with no reason.
TanisRacket Bah, don't bother with this film. I am a fan of hip-hop and rational thought and this left me wanting. Big time. The "secret dossier" is nothing more than a compilation of mug shots and criminal charges. Pretty standard stuff. There was no surveillance footage or any evidence of a conspiracy against the hip-hop community. It felt like a fan boy's desperate attempt to meet rap stars so he could say "Hey guys, check out this book the cops put together. You're in here!" The film makers failed to ask any tough questions to their subjects and the film itself had poor flow. I no likey. I gave one star for having the guts to make a film at all and another star for an amazing roster of hip-hop superstars. If you are looking for a crime documentary to stream on Netflix watch "Dear Zachary: A letter to a son about his father" instead.
