Sarah Brightman: Harem - A Desert Fantasy Audience Reviews

Actuakers One of my all time favorites.
Maidexpl Entertaining from beginning to end, it maintains the spirit of the franchise while establishing it's own seal with a fun cast
Mandeep Tyson The acting in this movie is really good.
Fleur Actress is magnificent and exudes a hypnotic screen presence in this affecting drama.
monicapch This is a great DVD, its not a concert, it's a special from PBS, it was broadcasted a while ago. It shows all her videos for her Harem CD.It's different from all her other DVD's, because it's not a concert, you get to see all her videos and a behind the cameras :DIt contains a new video for Time To Say Goodbye and Anytime, Anywhere, a 30-minute behind the scenes documantary, and a photo gallery. What I like most about the DVD is that you get to listen to Sarahs great voice (she has one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard:DThe complete track (video)list is: 1.Harem. 2.Beautiful. 3.Mysterious Days. 4.Anytime, Anywhere. 5.It's a Beautiful Day. 6.Free. 7.The War Is Over. 8.What You Never Know. 9.Stranger In paradise. 10.Nessun Dorma (live). 11.What A Wonderful World. 12.The Journey Home. 13.Time To Say Goodbye.Worth watching :D
getinhighonlife I would have to disagree with the other comment. This DVD is one of my favorites. Not only does it have an interview with Ms. Brightman, but it also features beautiful videos to almost all the tracks on harem, and some other great songs of hers. Sarah has commentary throughout the DVD and its great to hear her talk about some of the pieces she sings. The live performance of Nessun Dorma from the La Luna concert is also included. The DVD also has the behind the scenes and making of the videos. Its really interesting and at one point Sarah does something really funny that I had to keep watching over and over again. I believe the DVD also has a photo gallery set to Sarah's music. I totally recommend this!
Claudio Carvalho I am a great fan of Sarah Brightman, and I have just bought this DVD to complete my collection. I am very disappointed indeed with its content. First of all, I like to watch concerts, such as "La Luna", but "Harem - A Desert Fantasy" is actually a long video clip, with an introduction presented by Sarah Brightman herself. Second, it has less than 60 minutes, and this short running time is very uncommon for music DVD. Last but not the least, although being released in Brazil (R.4), the distributor shows a complete lack of respect with the Brazilian consumers and does not include subtitles or closed caption. My family and I can understand English, but most of the Brazilian population does not speak this language. My vote is seven.Title (Brazil): "The Sarah Brightman Special: Harem - A Desert Fantasy"
