The people are settled at a railway station in a village near Vukovar, where they live in a train which is adapted to serve as a temporary accommodation. The situation grows dim as the date of their return proves to be uncertain, and the lives of the survivors and refugees becomes more and more complicated being burdened by PTSP and strong feelings of hope to return to their homestead.

Vukovar: The Way Home Audience Reviews

Limerculer A waste of 90 minutes of my life
CrawlerChunky In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.
ThedevilChoose When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.
Hadrina The movie's neither hopeful in contrived ways, nor hopeless in different contrived ways. Somehow it manages to be wonderful
shazbot5 I saw this in Croatia in 94. And essentially follows a Vukovar survivor (a one legged vet) as he tries to adjust to life after the siege. There is contrast to before and after of the city, has actual siege footage, and highlights the displacement issue, and post war stress.
