WCW Mayhem 1999 Audience Reviews

Matialth Good concept, poorly executed.
Nessieldwi Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.
CrawlerChunky In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.
Justina The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
amanwhorocks Again there is some pre-taped noise from crowd. :/ 1. SemiFinal Tournament Match: Chris Benoit Vs. Bret Hart - Great opening match in an awesome speed. One of the biggest pops of the night, when Benoit won. 9/10 2. WCW Cruiserweight Title Match: Evan Karagias Vs. Champ-Disco Inferno - Wow, new champ. 7.5/10 3. WCW Hardcore Championship: Brian Knobs Vs. Screamin' Norman Smiley - Nice tour in the backstage between boxes of food. :) Smiley won after Jimmy Hart accidentally shot Knobs with rubbish bin. 7/10 4. 6 Man Tag Team Elimination Match: The Filthy Animals Vs. The Revolution - Tori in latex was so... Eddie did a brave fight against3, but Saturn save the Revolution 8.5/10 5. Curt Hennig Vs. Buff Bagwell - Erm Bagwell over Hennig in a clean way. Of course. Cost Hennig's career. 6.5/10 6. SemiFinal Tournament Match: Sting Vs. Bret Hart - Sting gave up for Bret Hart. Yaiks. And show respect for Bret. 7.5/10 7. Vampiro Vs. Berlyn - Nothing special Occurred 6.5/10 8. The Total Package Vs. Meng - Worst match of the night. Su much sloppy moves - terrible work. 5/10 9. Scott Hall Vs. Booker T. - Hall retained US. Belt or was he retaining? 6/10 10. David Flair Vs. Kimberly - That was totally shi*t. Kimberly kick him to groin, then he wanted to shot her with Crowbar, she took his suspensor, then Kanyon came, then Arn came to save her and he turned on him with crowbar. WTF?? 3/10 11. Sid Vicious Vs. Goldberg - Are they really chanted Goldberg sucks? :) Wow, I was shocked. Sid was KO and he again said I QUIT. Who booked that. Come on. Unbelievably stupid PPV. 5/10 12. Finals of Tournament: WCW World Heavyweight Title Match: Bret Hart Vs. Chris Benoit - Good main event stuff, but... match wasn't that quality of Nitro's match. An overbooked interferences - Outsiders, Goldberg (didn't work as a babyface), Malenko. And over that pre-taped noise you couldn't heard even commentators. AWful. Kids then came to congratulate Bret, jeez. 6.5/10
