In the Nick of Time Audience Reviews

Evengyny Thanks for the memories!
SunnyHello Nice effects though.
JinRoz For all the hype it got I was expecting a lot more!
ThedevilChoose When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.
adonis98-743-186503 Five strangers find themselves in an elevator of a hotel, witnessing the death of a former government official. Just before he dies, he claims that he has been poisoned and urges the five strangers to seek out and expose his killers. They must solve the mystery, that started several years ago. Sto Para 5 or also known as In The Nick Of Time is one of the better greek comedies that has been released over the past decade plus even today it's actually fun and everyone quotes it daily and the characters are perfectly flashed out and incredibly interesting too. (A+)
curreir Recently, i watched for the second time the whole of his series. I found myself equally fascinated by it as i was the first time, despite knowing the plot. This is by far the best series ever in the long suffering Greek television history. The series were hugely successful in Greece and i think that there were two reasons for that: first, a brilliant script that managed to match in equal balance carefully adapted measures of mystery, thriller, comedy and drama and secondly, exceptional performances from all concerned. The characters were lovable, sympathetic, but not perfect and perhaps that was the secret of success, that they were realistically human. The scriptwriter, George Kapoutzidis managed even to touch the bigger questions about Good and Evil, Life and Death, Friendship and Love, without ever losing the series lighter touch. Its a pity that the series were constricted only to Greek speaking audiences, undoubtedly they would have been equally appreciated in other countries. I give them whole-heartedly a 10 out of 10!
Athina This TV-series is one of few that are worth watching this year on Greek television. It is innovative, with very good performances, extremely well written and an inspiration to young writers. The characters are simple yet very complete. Each and every one of them have their own story but they are all connected to each other as well. This connection is hidden well in the past. Secrets, a mystery key and a murder that happened 30 years ago are only some of the elements of this series. But its important characteristics? An original storyline with excellent character development and lines that create unconstrained and ample laughter as well as being food for thought.
phd87 "Sto Para Pente" is a series about the mystery that five completely different people must solve, when a government official is murdered in front of their eyes. The secret of the show's success, is not only the extraordinary performances of the cast or the directors' work. It is one of the few TV shows that relies on clever lines, mystery and well-written dialogs, instead of yelling, screaming and vulgar language used by most Greek hit TV shows. Yorgos Kapoutzidis, whose last work was another hit TV show, "Savvatogennimenes", has done a great job creating a story so original, yet so familiar (due to his references to various Greek B&W movies). Humour, as well as mystery and adventure, join forces to create one of the best Greek TV shows ever created. All the performances are truly terrific, but the characters of Dalia and Theopoula (played by Smaragda Karydi and Efi Papatheodorou, respectively) steal the show. The director has done an excellent work and the song featured in the opening credits is one you really can't get out of your mind. The rest of the cast does an excellent job and the guest stars add up to the mystery. A show that can't be missed!
