Info

Lingo is an American television game show with multiple international adaptations. The first American version aired from 1987 to 1988 in syndication, a second version of the show ran as an original series on GSN for six seasons from 2002 to 2007, and a third version began airing on GSN on June 6, 2011. The game features two teams of two contestants each who attempt to guess five-letter words and use colored balls to place markers on a 5×5 numbered Lingo card, attempting to cover five spaces in a row in a fashion similar to bingo.

VeteranLight I don't have all the words right now but this film is a work of art.
Steineded How sad is this?

Catherine_Grace_Zeh First off, I must say that this is a fun game show. Also, I haven't seen every episode. However, I do know the show very well. Every time I've watched it, I've had a lot of fun playing along and watch. This makes me long to be a contestant. The thing I like most about it are guessing the words as letters are gradually given. When it goes off the air, I hope some network brings it back so I can play along and watch again. If that happens, I will be really happy. Before I wrap this up, I'd like to say that I'll always remember this show in my memory forever. Now, in conclusion, I hope that you catch it one day before it goes off the air for good.
DCLundberg Lingo used to be an okay game show. It's fun to play along with, the rules are quite simple and game play is pretty stable, and Chuck Woolery is a good host. Presentation was lacking, however; the set was okay, but the theme music was a piece of garbage. They improved the music for the third season, but they decided to ruin the show by adding a bimbo to be the co-host; a completely unnecessary move and a casting that I feel takes away from the show. I really don't see why they did this. The game can stand on its own two feet, the co-host does nothing but bring the show crashing to its knees with her inane comments and plastic smile. Leave it to GNS to ruin a good show.SEASONS 1 & 2: 6/10 SEASON 3: 3/10
Ginger87 I love watching "Lingo" on the Game Show Network.I've been watching "Lingo" on the Game Show Network since it started two years ago. I find "Lingo" to be fun, challenging, and a good show to play along with.(sometimes I play along on the computer)."Lingo" is a game show that consists of two teams(yellow and red) competing against each other to spell 5 letter words. Sometimes the words are really easy and other times very tricky. Which ever team scores more points the first two round goes on to Bonus Lingo to try to win up to $5000 and a vacation package.Overall everyone should give "Lingo" a try because it really is a fun game show. I give "Lingo" 10/10 stars.
mille52 Lingo is a pretty cool show. It's like that children's game, Mastermind, but instead of patterns of colors, you use five letter words. It's less of a trivia and more vocabulary. Lots of fun to watch and play at home! I would recommend it to anyone.
