The Legend of Shelby The Swamp Man Audience Reviews

Intcatinfo A Masterpiece!
TrueHello Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.
Senteur As somebody who had not heard any of this before, it became a curious phenomenon to sit and watch a film and slowly have the realities begin to click into place.
Lela The tone of this movie is interesting -- the stakes are both dramatic and high, but it's balanced with a lot of fun, tongue and cheek dialogue.
Rainbow Raechel Witt The best ever, it's addicting. you can't stop watching it. Best show known to date on this planet. Spanks anything that's on television. Give this man the world and everything in it. You can't get no better. If I got lost in the swamp, I'd want to be found by The Legend. Adding in the logs too would be good on this show. We need more Ax Men and this show. Pronto please. Please Dear God, show more of this man and his daisy dukes and ladies underwear. Can't get enough of him and his gorilla hands cousin. Please give them the world, they deserve it. Omg, my bagonneas miss this man and his wise decisions and failures. Wish he was my dad.
Leeninfxstb I have now watched almost all of the episodes from the opening season. This man is wild and crazy but very entertaining! But I guess that is what it takes to survive in the Louisiana Bijou. He seems to be quite an interesting character with a heart of gold that would give you the shirt off of his back if he thought you needed the help. I'm not a fan of reality shows, and have often wondered why this is something that would be on the History Channel, but I thoroughly enjoyed watching each episode, and will be watching the rest that I missed as soon as I'm able to find them. If you don't like us country boys and rednecks, then just flip the channel because you probably wouldn't understand or be entertained by Shelby Stanga!
tonyramster92 from the crazy river logger from the show Axe Men, here is Shelby to show you what he does on his off time from his normal business ( which is logging on Louisiana rivers) . If you like having a good laugh this is a show for you. I would say similar to the same premise as Duck Dynasty, its puts a what you would seem like a normal man( from the Axe Men show, he just a river logger) into some questionable positions, that are comedic and fun to watch. But I would say, him on Axe Men is funnier, but that just better editing I guess. I would have to say, its not for anyone looking for a "educational show" on the History channel, but if you are looking to see how a man, lives in the swamp on a house boat, and somehow makes time to have a good time. then this has to be watched.
xlori-ricex Seriously a TERRIBLE show. It belongs on TLC with Honey Boo Boo, not on History. It's disgusting and it's stupid. It's also a waste of a time slot that could be used for a show people actually want to watch like Ancient Aliens or Pawn Stars or really any other History or H2 show. What History is there in watching a man go through a swamp flinging snakes? Or washing his butt on a freaking hose pipe? Or running through a mall with no shoes? I don't know why anyone would watch this. It is a stupid show. It makes no sense why it's on History. I know that most of the shows on the History Channel aren't exactly history, but at least Pawn Stars and American Pickers have people come in and explain the history of the items and don't gross me out.
