Blazing Bullets Audience Reviews

Linbeymusol Wonderful character development!
Phonearl Good start, but then it gets ruined
MusicChat It's complicated... I really like the directing, acting and writing but, there are issues with the way it's shot that I just can't deny. As much as I love the storytelling and the fantastic performance but, there are also certain scenes that didn't need to exist.
Ava-Grace Willis Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.

Producer: Vincent M. Fennelly.Copyright 6 May 1951 by Monogram Pictures Corporation. No New York opening. U.S. release: 6 May 1951. No British or Australian theatrical release. 51 minutes.SYNOPSIS: An unscrupulous sheriff and his henchmen are actually responsible for both a kidnapping and the theft of gold bullion.COMMENT: Despite its "Blazing Bullets" title, "blaze" is exactly what bullets do not do in this very tame Monogram western. Filmed on the cheap in very long takes, abounding with lots and lots of talk, but only piddling dribbles of action, this little movie (it runs only 49 minutes on television) has virtually nothing to recommend it, save Johnny Mack Brown's pleasing personality! (And even that little windfall is lessened by the fact that Johnny is obviously getting just a little too old for these hero-to-the-rescue roles).
