Info

Spaces and Reservations is an intimate and unsparingly realistic relationship drama that tells the story of a young couple being torn apart by malaise and infidelity, and the way the trauma of their breakup brings them back together. Jamie and Kacie have been dating for four years, and are separately beginning to feel the affects of malaise and disconnect. As they drift apart from one another and struggle to bridge the gaps growing between them, Jamie begins to develop feelings for another woman. After precariously flirting with infidelity, Jamie abandons this new pursuit and attempts to salvage his relationship with Kacie, only to discover that she too has fallen for someone else.

Spaces and Reservations Audience Reviews

Scanialara You won't be disappointed!
Donald Seymour This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.
Bumpy Chip It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.
Staci Frederick Blistering performances.
bjarias When you are young and the relationship goes flat... you might say you were not looking for anything to happen, but in reality odds are surely something will. I've read a couple of reviews saying that the film plays a bit long, I did not find that to be true. There are many scenes where the camera remains on both of the leads (btw.. doing great work), together and individually, for long periods of time, and it shows the anguish they are experiencing, in coming to grips with a drawn out dissolution of a long term relationship. It's truly one of the better productions in this regard. And not getting caught up with an overblown musical score was a brilliant choice.. silence, or low key, in many instances enhances the emotions being shown on screen. We've all loved and lost.. here it's portrayed in a simple, forthright way, and you feel their pain more sincere than you expected you would. It is a very good little film.
