The Titan Audience Reviews

More Review
JinRoz For all the hype it got I was expecting a lot more!
Aiden Melton The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.
Juana what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.
Raymond Sierra The film may be flawed, but its message is not.
gnola Please set your expectation that you are not going to see a 100 billion dollar budget sci-fi movie and you'll get out of the movie not so unsatisfied. Good plot, the ending could have been a bit better developed
steven-taplin Every movie has flaws, and every movie, or production has the 'followers' who just like giving 1/10 and ripping everything to shreds! It deserves to be watched for what it is - not the greatest but decent enough! This movie was never meant to be an action-packed sci-fi; and to me, it almost gives the concept of 'how we as humans will struggle to create a better being.' It has some great sets; and as with many productions, filming was mostly done in Canaries (GC) and used actual Canarian soldiers! Now let's answer some negative reviews!OK, one man as an experiment way out there on Titan can't 'breed' but after all, he is an EXPERIMENT, who'll live for a lot longer than most, giving ample study-time, within which time inter solar travel will improve - if humans have survived that long. Please note - several reviewer's have made mistakes - TITAN is a MOON and not a planet and Saturn with it's rings CAN be seen from it, although Cassini makes it look a bit larger. (With a good telescope, Titan can be seen (even from light-polluted UK skies) and appears a long way from the planet - 20+ times the radii of the planet). Titan does indeed have an atmosphere albeit in slightly different proportions (we can always alow artistic licence for a film!) and so the final shots may not be too inacurate).Give it a try.
yigaale I do not understand why the low score, the movie is good!
piratecannon What starts out as a decent (and actually kind of original) sci-fi offering descends into awfulness in the final act. I really can't remember a movie with so much promise at the start collapsing into such a terrible final effort. Instead of getting something compelling and genuinely interesting, what we end up with is a half-baked and utterly laughable end product that is infuriating because, again, it starts with so much promise. That's a swing-and-a-miss, Netflix. Maybe their next science fiction outing will be a little more focused and a little less... terrible.
