Viewer Discretion Advised Audience Reviews

Alicia I love this movie so much
GamerTab That was an excellent one.
ThrillMessage There are better movies of two hours length. I loved the actress'performance.
Tayloriona Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.
rodrig58 This one is pretty hard to put it in a certain genre, it's a particularly, unique, unconventional...something. Could be labeled absurd comedy, social parody? "Darling I'm so frightened!" screams a character, one of those three girls, which all have one element in common, cretinism. And I'm so frightened myself, because I can not figure out if the film is intentionally stupid, like a parody of that stupid horror genre, or simply stupid. I must admit, there are some funny scenes but you can not laugh out loud, they just make you smile. Particularly those in the psychiatrist's office. Tommy Blaze, who play in most all of the sketches, being also one of the directors and producers, is really the star of the film, being the funniest and most talented.
movieman_kev Take the absolute worst episode of SNL, marry it the Goove Tube (minus the debatable wit) & if they were to have sex this would be the grotesque idiot baby that they would have. All the skits are horrendously unfunny be they about a group of cowboys trying to outdo each other on who can suffer the most pain, or a guy with multiple personality disorder going to his (fame seeking) shrink, or a laugh-less horror film spoof, they common link is how devoid of even a smile they are. But then again what do I know about comedy anymore? I lost my finger on the pulse of what America finds hilarious ever since "Meet the Spartans" somehow got to number one at the box office (just thinking about that still makes me ill) Eye Candy: Caroline Jett, Terri Swift, Marybeth Young show one boob each; Swift also shows ass My Grade: F
sob42081 This low-budget mix of parody and satire is highly underrated. It is along the lines of Kentucky Fried Movie or the Groove Tube; skit-based comedy centered around watching late-night television. Admittedly its frequent dry humor may bore some, but fans of the previously stated films will enjoy it. Released on VHS by Troma in 1998, this film was actually produced in 1991 (as stated on the copyright in the credits). Troma fans may be surprised that this movie is actually funny, gory, and yet accessible. Tommy Blaze truly is a great skit-performer, and I wish he had continued to work within that. Sadly, I have never seen "The Newz" which was a short-lived comedy variety show during the mid-nineties; but I imagine it was funny, like so many hastily cancelled skit shows in that time period. (The Ben Stiller Show, and Alex Winter's The Idiot Box, come to mind) Seek this movie out, there are used copies going around for less than $10.
fhabets This messy (but messy in a good way) movie does a great job spoofing rednecks, cowboys, psychiatrists and slasher flicks. The star, Tommy Blaze, is a true chameleon of comedy. Pair it up with another Troma parody, such as Blondes Have More Guns or When Nature Calls, and you'll have a delightful yukfest of an evening.
