Info

Clean House is a home makeover and interior design television show, originally broadcast in 2003 which has aired 9 seasons of programs on the Style Network. Currently hosted by Tempestt Bledsoe and formerly hosted by Niecy Nash, the show brings a four-person cleanup-and-renovation crew to the homes of families to clean up clutter. In 2010, Nash announced that she would be leaving the series, though it will continue on without her. Her final episode aired on December 1, 2010. Later that month, the Style Network confirmed that former Cosby Show cast member Tempestt Bledsoe will take over as host. Her first episode aired on January 26, 2011. As of 2013, the show has believed to have been canceled due to low ratings after Nash's departure.

Clean House Audience Reviews

Afouotos Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.
james-1908 I have noticed when watching Clean House this season, that Linda and Allan are missing...What happened...where are they...are they coming back to the show? I really enjoy watching the show, and the combination of Niecy, Linda, Allan, and Mark seems to work very well. I still watch, but it feels like something is missing. They were a great team! Best show was the woman that hated everything, the wall color("puke") and she wanted her love seat back...I don't know why, she didn't seem that lovable! This episode made the whole series more real...just goes to show that you can't please all of the people all of the time! All of the programs start out showing these rooms that are a total mess. Are these messes real or is it set up to look that way? I know that I have always had a "junk" room that looks very much like the rooms that I see on your program, but not the whole house! I love the show, keep up the good work, and bring back Allan and Linda!
elengyel-2 This is one of my favorite shows. I'm very surprised at the strong negative comments about it. Maybe the homes of these people are immaculate, but mine isn't, and it's obvious that the homeowners who write in are desperate. They're drowning in a sea of clutter that they don't know how to let go of. I think the final results are amazing, and the designers are very creative. I've learned a lot from Clean House. I know how difficult it is to get rid of something I've had for years, even though I don't like it, and now (after a lot of thought) out it goes with the garbage or into the thrift shop. As to Neicy and her crew, I like their rapport and teasing. Too much drama (and bad taste) on TV is monotonous and depressing. Go Neicy! Let's get rid of the clutter of it all!
jamieirish1999 E! has had a range of "ups" and "downs" in the business. True Hollywood Story is fantastic. But this may be the worst television show to ever be dumped (steaming pile style) on the viewing audience. Dull premise, annoying talent, overly pleased with itself...watching this show is like dating Ed Brinkly - at the end of the date, it just doesn't put out. The executives working on this project should be canned.Reality TV can be interesting and engaging, but only when the personalities are intriguing and honest. Everything about this show radiates a bunch of idiots sitting around at table planning "the next not-so-original-money-maker"."Old Yeller" was put down to spare him any further pain. E! should clean its own house and spare US anymore pain.
gentoo3 I cannot tell you enough what a fantastic show this is! The original cast is FABULOUS!!! Niecy, Allen, Linda, and Michael. Stop screwing with perfection! Trying other people is crazy! Give this show a fair shake and good promotion!!! This was my favorite show until they messed with the formula. I still like it, but it's not the same as the original. Please make us happy and return Michael Moloney to the lineup, because he brings out the magic in Allen Lee Haff, and Niecy Nash. Linda Koopersmith is just a sweetheart as usual. Please BRING BACK THE MAGIC, and ratings will be sure to follow!!! If you love this show as much as I do, please write to the Style Network and make sure the do the right thing!!! Mike:)
