Deadly Sanctuary Audience Reviews

Artivels Undescribable Perfection
WasAnnon Slow pace in the most part of the movie.
Lucybespro It is a performances centric movie
Geraldine The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.
lasharpe-1 Arizona has not been hospitable to the film industry. But Sylvia Nobel choose it to because of the incredible scenery which she features beautifully in this incredible film. Kendall O'Dell played by Rebekah Kochan the red haired reporter seems distracted, not quite there, but is brought to attention by Marco Dapper playing Talley, the handsome cowboy we learn to love and trust. Eric Roberts is great as the editor as is Bobbi Jeen Olson as the head of the home for runaways. I read the book so was not surprised but intrigued at the alternate ending with excellent acting from Paul Greene, Daniel Baldwin, and Dean Cain. All in all I found it exciting and thrilling and have watched it over and over finding more to love each time! Now I hope she makes Devil's Cradle , her 2nd book in the series, into film! I think it would translate very well and is a timely topic!
jsilversteinny This movie is nothing like "Gone Girl", which the cover promised. I've seen the main girl, Kendel, in other movies. She's always great even though I barley recognized her with red hair.I liked the character though. I've watched Rebecca Kocahn in real thrillers...this isn't one of them, sadly. However the dialouge was terrible and this movie was hard to follow...maybe if I had read the book it would make more sense. Some our the character exchanges were even laughable. Oh well. Entertaining enough. I'll probably watch the next one. My husband has a thing for red heads.LOL. I just feel like they used false advertising to get me to buy it. GUess they got me.
creashon Great movie depiction of an awesome mystery book! Sylvia Nobel is one of the Best Mystery writers that I have ever had the privilege of reading. Then... to have it flourish into a movie... Yippee! I was excited to see it come to life! Truly a piece of art. Fantastic scenery shots in Arizona. I couldn't help but chuckle through the "local AZ" wit! Can you say "Sexy" main characters! I loved seeing some famous faces act out this story. At each turn you question.. Who Done IT??!!! Quite Gripping! I could not believe that this was based off a true story! A great movie that the whole family can enjoy together! Can't wait for #2 of the series!!
allwyn_n I've seen home movies of friends of their vacations which were more interesting, no not really. But you couldn't do much worse. If you are a fan of Eric Roberts you could labour through to catch a few glimpses of him, but for the other 99% of humanity give this a wide berth. The lesser known actors try hard but it shows. I feel it is the fault of the director and editor, because the material is very much there, I have not read the book, but would imagine it is not at the mediocre level of this film. The locales and other background is spectacular and could have been used to greater effect. And seriously who stops in the middle of the desert on a deserted road to make a cellular call to daddy to berate him. In high heels driving a Jeep Wrangler no less
