Rebirth Audience Reviews

Sameer Callahan It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.
Ariella Broughton It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.
Kaydan Christian A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.
Guillelmina The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
meena_mahy Really?? This movie suucksss bowlss!! Like seriously, it's full of cliches and forced characters.. I wanted to choke the main character majority of the time..He so annoyingly indecisive and the whole characterization is so forced!! There was no real reason to leave his job for the anonymous group. And what person would beg to join some cult he doesn't know everything about? disgustingly annoying... they tried to copy The Game but failed miserably... waste of talents and energy.
Penny Anne How many movies do we need, with the 'only in a movie' plot of some poor dumb schmuck ALLOWING himself to be subjected to endless UNCONVINCING mind games throughout? The viewer is set up with the idea that the schmuck is going to learn some valuable lesson by the time it's through. But he's a non-existent movie stock character: anyone in real life would catch on that they're being gulled and would yell "you can all go f____ yourselves" and storm out, but this is the character who never does. I did, about 45 minutes in. Anyone want to post a spoiler and tell me if the lesson he learns is how to do that?
fredrickward This movie was the kind of movie that looks like it might be good, then you get to the last fifteen minutes of the movie just to find out that it is terrible, and you want to gouge your eyes out for even wasting the time watching it. Through most of the movie you wonder why this guy has not murdered all of these nut jobs, then it turns into an infomercial... sucked big time.
John Martin This movie has so much potential for development, but went absolutely nowhere. It's like a drawn out pilot episode of a really bad TV series, made worse by the fact that more half the dialogues could've been written by a three-year-old. The whole point of a thriller / drama is to keep your audience intrigued until the end, but by the time I was halfway through this movie, I already guessed how the story was going to end. It's that bad. Trouble was, I was really rooting for Kyle, and wished that the writers had the decency to surprise me in the end. They didn't. So I ended up completely deflated, wishing I didn't waste 1 hour and 40 minutes of my life reminding myself why I hated so many indie movies growing up. Avoid this like the plaque. Run!
