Super Fuzz Audience Reviews

AutCuddly Great movie! If you want to be entertained and have a few good laughs, see this movie. The music is also very good,
Murphy Howard I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
Frances Chung Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable
Logan By the time the dramatic fireworks start popping off, each one feels earned.
Wizard-8 On one hand, I can understand why there are probably a lot of people who wouldn't like this movie. There's barely a plot here, for one thing. It takes forever for the central conflict to kick in, and when it does start, it goes very slowly. In fact, I think the movie could be edited down to fit a one hour time slot with commercials. Also, the characters are at times very stupid. I know this is supposed to be a comedy, but some viewers will be groaning at characters not using common sense. The movie also looks cheap, with simple special effects and other low budget production values.I'll admit all the above... yet at the same time, I found the movie to be surprisingly likable. It helps that they cast a couple of good leads. Hill and Borgnine both have a lot of charm and talent with comedy, and they shine and bring in a smile whenever they are on screen. There is also some amusing slapstick that only the Italians seem to know how to bring on film. And even the at times desperateness the filmmakers had with their low budget (such as showing stock footage of an atomic explosion - upside down!) will be funny to many viewers. If you like the other comic movies of Terence Hill, chances are you'll be charmed by this one despite its many shortcomings.
luis rivera i could not with a good conscience give this film a 10, but 8 is fair. when i saw this movie again since about twenty years ago, i was elated. i remember bits and pieces of this movie, especially the music, and the voice "super snooper", i remember like yesterday being a little boy looking at this flick, and being amazed that Dave Speed caught that bullet in his mouth, WOW! this movie came up in a conversation with one of my co-workers Mike. and he gave me the name of this movie that i could not for the life of me remember. when i found out it was coming out again in February, i waited patiently and ordered it immediately. this movie is so cool, i love it. this is definitely a classic and should not be forgotten.
rockhopper10r This is my all-time favourite "B" Movie! Sure, the plot is weak. Sure, some of the actors wouldn't know the Method from a Methodist. Who cares? It's a load of fun!!! And sexy Terence Hill as super-powered cop Dave Speed? Oh man! Dave had the coolest super-powers ever seen on any hero ever. Sure, he does the usual strength, speed and flying stuff, but he does so much more. He has telekinesis, he can broadcast his voice over the radio, instantly hypnotise people to do his bidding, walk on the water, teleport, see through solid objects, predict the future, read minds, and, of course, there's the Orange Bowl scene. He makes 70,000 or so people "disappear" with but a moment's concentration. Where do they go? I always wondered that when I watched it when I was a kid. Anyway, is this great cinema? Doubtful. Is it a whole lot of fun? Oh yeah!
murray_psu Worth watching for the dubbing, acting, music, and possibly the most hilarious special effects you will ever see. Is it pure comedy, or is it ALL just terrible? You'll have fun deciding.I especially liked the "underwater" scene where the sweat was beading off Ernest Borgnine's forehead as he floated to the surface with Super Fuzz on the giant bubble. Now that's comedy. Enjoy!
